We came came to this Wendy's and were instantly approached by the employee being extremely rude. We then proceeded to wait at least five minutes for him to give us no response and we are asking hello are you there and then he got on the microphone yelled at us for asking, why aren't you responding to us and now we are currently waiting almost 20 minutes at this point for our food and we are extremely confused and very frustrated

The Latino manager or employee has the most lazy attitude. My fiancé and I tried to order from the kiosks and they weren't working so we headed to the counter and he was standing by the napkin table and said, "can you order on the kiosks?" Another customer responded and said, "they aren't working" so she answered before we could. This employees attitude is not friendly at all and he acts like he hates his job and doesn't want to be there helping customers.

The service in this establishment couldn't be more unprofessional (Guetto). Went to the drive thru and a couple of cars were waiting as no one answered the intercom. So I went around a couple of cars & went to the drive thru window to mocked when I asked if they were open by a female that apparently has no customer service skills. I will never come back!! Very horrible Services. Me and my family came into eat and we seen the lady who was making our food scratch her ass before putting our food on the tray to be served to us. She was a short heavier set older lady. Claimed she was the supervisor. Horrible service

I made the mistake of actually going inside to have my food. This use to be a pretty good location, but no longer. The word ghetto comes to mind.

Ordered today through Uber Eats. The driver followed my notes regarding contacting me, instead of leaving my food on the ground. Shout out to him for that. My problem is with the restaurant directly. I don't know how, but they forgot to include my entire salad. Not condiments, not crackers for my chili, but the entire taco salad. I called the driver. He said call the store. I tried to call back in order for them to make this right and no one answered the phone. I had to contact Uber Eats, through messaging, they aren't taking phone calls. After multiple screens they offered a refund. I'm still sort of pissed, because what I wanted was my salad, not a refund.

Worse customer service ever. I stopped in and ordered some chilli to go. The girl put a bunch of stuff in the bag including crackers. As I thought about it I took the crakers out because they are not always fresh. I set them on the counter to give them back and the girl who waited in me rudely said. "If you didn't want the crackers you should have said that!You watched me put them in the bag! I was totally stocked by this. I said what's the problem I don't want the crackers. She didnt say anything else. As I turned to walk away I decided that I wanted to report what just happen. I asked the girl for her name because she had no name tag on. She ignored me. I said excuse can I please have your name. She told me she was not going to five me her name. I told her that she works with the public and she is supposed to give me her name. She walked away and I began to leave. I then heard her say WHAT THE FUCK... I continued to leave. When I got in my car I realized she had not given me my receipt. So I went back inside and asked for my reciept. And now I know what her name is. I tried calling customer service and it was closed. Its now Monday morning and I have been on hold for 30 minutes. Shame on you wendys!!

I haven't been to any Wendy's that has been THIS BAD. The food is poor quality, like it was slapped together without care. They seemed extremely disorganized and it took forever for them to get my order. I even ordered online once and I waited more than 2 hours and never got my order. The manager there has a really bad attitude. Like you would bring up an issue and it's suddenly your fault. I asked for extra sauce once and she snatched it out of my hand and decided to charge me extra for it at 50 cents a piece! I've been to many other Wendy's and they've NEVER charged me extra and been this rude to me. The floors are ALWAYS sticky and the bathrooms are disgusting. A dirty bathroom is a clear sign that the managers don't care, and that they're running there restaurant into the ground. I will never come back to eat at this restaurant EVER again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My roommate ordered online with the app. Walked to pick up the order, came home, realized the order was wrong, and then decided he didn't want the food anymore. I couldn't let him go out like that. So I decided to walk up there and spoke to the manager at the time. When I called they said her name was Brenda, so this may be who I'm referring to. Let's start with the fact that I waited a few minutes to even be acknowledged while she was at a register counting money and another employee was bagging the food. I could already tell her attitude was off. When the other young lady finally spoke and I explained the situation, the manager took over. She was very dismissive based on the receipt. Insisting that we ordered the food wrong and that they made it how we ordered. My only fault was bringing the printed receipt with me instead of looking at the order's receipt on the app. After the manager made it very clear that we didn't know how to order on the app, I left the sandwich there. Why would I want another. I came home and had my roommate show me the receipt from the app he has ordered the same thing from a million times and it indeed showed EXACTLY how his food SHOULD have been made. Next time Brenda, if that's who I spoke to, have a little more customer service. Because you made it very clear that we were wrong when it was YOUR system that was wrong. Both the printed receipt and app receipt are below for reference. Won't ever be going there again based off of this interaction.
