This 'Wich Shop has tasty, toasted sandwiches, a more than clean restaurant, and staffed by super nice people! I was sad to see others haven't experienced the same. :-( Bummer. I highly recommend you give 'em a chance, you won't regret it! There was a young lady helping patrons order their sandwich and a very friendly man to take your order. Service was quick & accurate. My only suggestion to them would be to cook the fries a little longer as ours were ever so slightly underdone. However, the large portion size more than made up for this! The sandwich portion size was more than generous (and we only ordered 2 smalls!) and has many custom offerings. Thank you, Which Wich, I think you have a great menu! Patrick Shaughnessy Chicago, IL

There is probably a million combinations to choose from at this sandwich shop. Grab a brown bag and just start marking off what you want. If you order a sandwich that has a special sauce/side (like au jus) you need to write it on your bag and inform the cashier. I ordered a normal size roast beef with au jus (Italian beef) and fries. It was a lot of food! The fries were amazing and my beagle pup was happy I had half an order to bring home. The employees were not overly friendly nor rude. The atmosphere was just kind of "meh." The restaurant was clean and the food was tasty - ingredients all tasted fresh and everything is made to order. It is rather pricey ($17 for the regular -smallest- sized sandwich, fries, and a regular fountain drink), but enough for leftovers/to share if you are not super hungry. Location is excellent and there are SO MANY options. There is a lot of seating but I'd prefer to order food to go and eat it in my hotel room.

Please don't order off uber eats because you will not I repeat will not get the correct order. They need to update their listing. I ordered a turkey dressing and cranberry sauce sandwich. Of course the options on Uber have none of those dressings or cranberry sauce. I end up getting a plain sandwich.

Located in Block 37, commuters can catch a decent variety of sandwiches for lunch. This intimate fast food place is close to the red and blue cta train lines. There's meatball, tuna, lamb gyros, and a host of other sandwiches. Staff are wearing masks.

Every time I do the survey for the free cookie (same guy when I dropped my shake n the cup cracked didn't want to give me another cup)at the register says they don't honor it. He reads the receipt aloud like he's unaware of what they offer on there sales receipt .. I gave this location a good review on the survey that they said if you do it I will receive a free cookie now there not honoring it at all I was told to speak to a manager and I'm on my lunch break and there's never one there when I come . So I'll be doing the survey again giving my experience today 1/27/23. I ordered the steak sandwich. It was disgusting the meat could've been more done the bell peppers should've been cooked not raw and they forgot the Mayo. I probably want order this again.. Yuck. I wasn't even going to write this but I had time today

I ordered the famous "wicked" sandwich from here and was very unimpressed. 5 meats but the disclaimer should be theres barely any of them on there. I added spicy brown mustard, peppers and pickles which was a nice touch. The service was pretty fast and nice but my sandwich was not up to par. The meats were very skimpy. My sandwich had the potential to be good if it was a full sandwich and not just vegetables and bread. I don't think I will ever come back to this location or any other Which Wich and I will continue to get my sandwiches from potbelly.
