Guide was distracted by protest, and was constantly apologizing for being able to give a proper tour since we were unable to access most sites due to road closures. Even the guide recommended that we ask for a refund since he was unable to give his normal tour. Despite the company's satisfaction guarantee, they refused a refund.

We enjoyed this tour! We were excited that it was dog friendly and we think the price was well worth what we got. We opted to take the extended tour which was worth the additional six dollars, and we also decided to spend $6 on a plush for each of us. They're super cute! The tour was really fun. No silly jump scares or cliche things, but plenty of actual information about history and local lore. Our guide was lovely. She made time to individually speak to each of us and ask our opinions on ghosts during the tour and if we'd had any supernatural experiences. She didn't specifically try to sway us one way or the other, and she was engaging throughout the tour. She did a great job navigating through other tours in our busy area. She also loved my dog, which immediately granted her bonus points in my opinion.

Wonderful tour and really worth the prize, our guide, Carrie, was extremely knowledgeable and added some fun personal touch. We rented an EMFT reader and it added a fun touch to the evening! Will 100% be doing this again and recommending it to my friends.

Had a friend in from California. So what else do we do? Tour Chicago! We had a really great guide and a fun walking tour of River North/Streeterville. The guide was fun with her stories that actually turned out to be true stories. Already looking forward to my next tour!

This was a great tour. We were having a little trouble finding the starting point, but the guide reached out to us and helped us without our even having to ask. The walk was a good pace and the stories were well told. I wish it had been dark and I wish it had been longer. But otherwise it was good. Family if 4 with (2) 14 year olds who stayed engaged.

Last night we were ghosted on our ghost tour. Ghost city tours-chicago, failed to provide a tour guide and had us standing out on the streets of Chicago at 9:00 last night. When I finally contacted somebody apparently they reached out to the tour guide and got back to me to say they had no guide. They immediately refunded my money which is the right thing to do.. but then when we went to get our car out of the parking garage there was a tiny bill of $30 for 30 minutes of parking! When I called them this morning to State my case and they carried on and on about how parking is not part of their package and they have no obligation to refund. Aside from the 45 minutes to downtown Chicago and the 45 minutes back from downtown Chicago, and include the tolls and the $30 let's just say this business cost me some money! I give them I hope anybody who's doing excursions in Chicago this weekend or any other weekend will think twice about going on any tour provided by ghost City tours
