I walked in here at 11:49am... waiting for someone anyone to come to the front and attend me. One woman on drive thru and the other woman helping and a gentleman in the back. One woman looked at me didn't acknowledge me greet me or anything just kept on with the window orders as if I wasn't there. While waiting 6 other people showed up for the front to get attended! Honestly if it's that busy then you make sure to schedule enough staff to cover all ends. I'm sure if the owners were here they wouldn't approve of so many people just waiting in line. I heard the one at the window tell the other woman to attend the front while she's on window but she ignored her request 4 times. That's what I see as a problem at a lot of places. These manager like being in charge and like doing the work which is great but get more staff on duty to help. KFC employees need to step up their game!

I did not dislike the chicken but it's different taste. The macaroni is some hot garbage. Cheese is horrible. Fries are those crispy ones not for me and lemonade is worst I've had. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and added 6 buffalo wings. Anyway stopped cause I kept hearing the chicken recipe changed again.

Always good chicken!! Especially the spicy one. Very crispy and enjoyable even if you eat left overs the next day. I would never go back to another chicken place. The quality of the food here is great! A very wonderful place to take a break during my work. Affordable meals that are all tasty and fulfilling. The sandwiches were excellent. The service from the employees is very good. As always, the employees are friendly and energetic. We didn't have to wait for long to get our order. We will definitely come back here and bring in more people.

This is my go-to KFC since the KFC in Berwyn on Ogden closed. I've only been in the drive-thru, but the service is always excellent. The staff super professional, friendly and the quickest drive-thru around. Most of the negative reviews are very old. Maybe there's new management, but I can't rave enough about this location. The only thing I dislike is the location. It's so congested on Cicero. That whole area is a nightmare! They need to move that KFC to Harlem & Ogden. The chicken quality is excellent and this is one of the few locations with spicy extra crispy chicken. My sons favorite.

I've only been here one other time for the $5 fill up box and we run into the same problem as right now. I order the 8pc family meal and the drive thru didn't take too long. The chicken though, is my favorite but oh my gosh it was so oily like they literally re-dumped it in the hot oil to make it warm for me.. or it was seriously right out of the oil. DRIPPING OIL. I was so mad. I always ask for hot sauce .. so then I drive away. Half way home I notice she gives me no utensils.. guess I'll eat the mash potatoes with my fingers and no napkins ..guess I'll use my shirt. Like this is your job to do these little things and you can't? What... definitely not coming back greasy food and uncoordinated work. The KFC at 55th is a million times better AND their chicken bowl is fire . That is all.

Management sucks! Very rude and unprofessional. Melissa called me stupid when I accidentally asked for a Pepsi instead of Coke. Never coming back here again! Check on your people Kfc! If I could give it zero stars, I would!!

I walked inside to order. Order a 3 tender box with popcorn chicken, mash and coleslaw, a biscuit, honey, bbq dipping sauce and a regular drink. I go to the soda station to fill my cup with diet coke. I decide to look in the box to see what my food look like and smell like. ‍ Just as I figured....no biscuit, no honey, no dipping sauce, no utensils and a dry nasty cookie. I ask another employee-where is my biscuit, honey, dipping sauce and spork and knife. She was sorry and all but her coworker made me feel like what I asked for was a problem. Lazy ass employee!! I gave her a coupon which specifically states what i get for the price. Yet she asks me what it says sounds weird. I tell her what I get and she half made my order. I get home to eat my food it have gotten cold and the biscuit can be used as a tennis ball, it was that hard. I am disappointed in this KFC and for that you get 2 stars. I will also use my receipt and complete the survey. I again want to stress I am disappointed in the lack of full service. And yes in 2018 I still want good customer service. I was a good paying customer so why not?
