They need to literally improve everything starting with getting the order right. This McDonald's has been horrible for year and years. They always mess up the food and it's always cold. They just walk around an ignore you. They don't take the food to your table because last time we ate in it was left by the counter. Las night we ordered Uber eats and they completely messed up the order. I have a lot of pictures and I will be uploading the ones i still have because it's not the 1st nor it will be the last time they make a mistake. Make it better do your job right.

Considering this is my first time ever leaving any kind of review on any platform shows the level of seriousness. By far THE WORST McDonald's I've ever been/ordered from. If it's anything past 8pm everything about this location is complete trash! The few times I have successfully gotten an order completed, the food was just how I expected it to be, trash! If it wasn't for how cheap and close it is to my home I wouldn't bother. I'm going to say the management and staff clearly just don't want to be there or want to get paid to do absolutely anything. I come home from my second job on weekends and anytime between 2-3 am, they're either cash or card only, or the most used one is just "not taking" orders. I'd understand if it was once in a blue moon but every weekend?! I ordered through Uber eats on 6/28 around 11pm and doesn't seem like an unreasonable time for a "24hr" restaurant to have food. And I waited about 20 mins before I cancelled my order for just 2 mf McChickens to feed my kid because my car is at the shop. I felt bad for the Uber driver as I can see she clearly was waiting on them to have 2 items ready. If this location doesn't want to participate in taking orders maybe just don't do it. Save us all the hassle and we'd gladly order from elsewhere.

This has to be by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life!! Management sucks, does not know how to operate restaurant, been sitting in drive-through for 30 minutes to get food is ridiculous. wish I could give 0 stars!! Normally I wouldn't even come here but just trying to do the old lady on the corner a favor. Everyone stay far far from this place!

The kiosk to order food don't work properly...I ordered with the cashier, supposedly the code I was giving them didn't work when it clearly states it's active so I didn'tget my discount. I ordered 2 iced coffees, was very disappointed that I got 2 cups of milk fully sweeten with a splash of coffee...JUST HORRIBLE. I got a happy meal, cheese burger was fine but the fries were cold. I dined inside, only positive was that the restaurant was clean and there was a worker cleaning up. Also, lately the drive thru has sucked!! Super slow and this place used to be good. They better get their s**t together.

I came here after the remodel to buy my self a fish sandwich once I get home I sit down to eat my fish sandwich and I realized they skimped me out on cheese These cheap bastards never coming here again yea this location might be fancy but charging 25 cents for a buffalo sauce is what got them to what they are now smh.

THIS PLACE IS TRASH. I hate it there. always have young ass kids working (which makes the whole McD's situation worse) everything is half assed. I asked for a 10pc McNuggets extra crispy & well done & a sprite they told me they couldn't do anything about that. Well I wasn't shocked when I first seen the nuggets paler than me, soggy from the inside.. my fries were old & cold. Instead of a sprite I got a Large WATER W ICE LMFAO. This place sucks. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star.

This Mc. Donalds sucks, horrible service at drive thru. They can't make an order right without asking you what you ordered on each window and then asking if i was charged for the juice that comes with the happy meal.

Horrible McDonalds. They should close this one and rebuild somewhere else. We ordered breakfast at 11:45 am, and of course it was not ready, so we pulled forward as asking. 15 minutes and a female employee came out with food for the car behind us, when we asked about our food it was still not ready after 15 minutes. My husband finally had to go into the restaurant and our food was just sitting there the employee never bothered to try to bring it out to us. I called McDonald's corporate, and they said someone from the restaurant would contact me, yeah that never happened. This restaurant needs to be closed and the owner needs to loose his restaurant, no management or respect for customer!

This McDonald's is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I went through the drive-thru to order 2cookies, 2 Chocolate sundaes.The lady in the speaker said they dont have cookies and she told me that the ice cream machine was broken. So I asked if they have frappes and she said they didnt have it either. So I only ordered 2M fries. Payed at the 1st window and collected my 2M fries, having employees say that the ice cream machine is broken has to be the OLDEST lie on the book,and everyone knows that,you know why? Because at the 2nd window there were preparing ICE CREAM AND FRAPPES.Why are they lying like that? The GUY whom refused to give me his name was giving us ATTITUDE and asked to pull around if you want the ice cream, so we did. I ordered 2 CHOCOLATES SUNDAES and a Ranch Packet and only gave me the sundaes he kept saying itll be.25 for the packet so I didnt have another choice but to pay, when I CLEARLY said it in the SPEAKER when I ordered what I WANTED. I told him why is this McDonalds so unprofessional and KEPT mouthing words under his breath thinking I wouldnt hear and told me dont come back then.WHAT? Is this how you TREAT CUSTOMERS?asked to speak to the manager whom also DIDNT say his name.Manager didnt HELP AT ALL. Told the manager he shouldn't be hiring people who don't want to work and if they don't like to work to simply quit and not work there!!! This McDonald's wasted my time!
