This was, hands down, the worst Chinese buffet I've ever been to. Where to begin? How about the rice. Or, I should say, lack thereof. Yes, the giant pot of rice was completely empty. And when I asked if they would please make more, they refused! And then pointed to the fried rice tray as if that was a substitute. What kind of Chinese buffet doesn't have rice? Many of the other dishes were also either completely empty or nearly so. They weren't refilling anything. For the outrageous price of 17.99/person I expect them to actually have some, y'know, food. What little they did have was very poor quality. At least the soft drinks were included and the fountain was working. One extra star for that.

We went to this buffet thinking we were going to have an enjoyful lunch....everything was fine untill mid plate my dad felt something in his mouth pulled it out and it was a piece of metal looked like it was a piece of dish scrubber. We didn't say anything ok then we continue eating and I felt a hair... looked in my noodles and of course the freaking hair was tangled in my noodles. I couldnt eat anymore disgusting. We went to complain to lady at door register she started yelling across the place in her language to the other workers, who knows what she was saying. All she offered was 10% back on our $50 charge. My dad was not happy with her solution. Again in her language started mumbeling who knows what, i told her check ur cameras and watch us pull the stuff out our mouths if you dont believe us. Then shes like only one person i can refund. It's a very dirty place, their soda machines are also very filthy. We will never return to this place again. BEWARE!

I had come to eat with my daughter and I was left disappointed. The food was bland and tasteless and felt like it was missing much flavor. The service wasn't as bad as the food as they did come and collect our dishes occasionally. The food was also cold and a bit stiff and hard when biting into it. My main concern was when entering the bathrooms, it was incredibly unclean and unsanitary. Not only was it like this for the men but for the woman as well (from my daughter's perspective). When I walked in there was tissue everywhere and the floors were wet. Some of the toilets weren't even stationed correctly and were crooked. It was over all very dirty and gross. For two adult dinners it cost us $37.90 without tax. And $41.97 with tax. It is a reasonable price for an all you can eat buffet but it was not for this one. The next day I ended up with stomach bugs and felt uneasy for at least two days. Overall I would never come here again. They did have an ice cream machine though! A very unappetizing experience.

The food was overall ok. They have a variety of food and drink (included and no additional charges) options and I'm glad that I found several items that I liked. Lunch and dinner menus seemed to be a little different. They had egg tarts for lunch and I liked them. The sushi was fresh but it looked and tasted quite boring.

First off all the lady in front was horrible she was mad at us for simple mistake she charge us 4 Adults and It was only 3 adults we kindly ask her to help us change that a she aggressively grab the recipe and made a big deal

I went on grand opening day, and it was a little bit too hectic for me. The main reason why I gave her three star is because of the fact that the food was not great at all. Everything taste the same - - from the lobster salad to the shrimp, to the crab Rangoon everything taste the same. The area also was not very clean to me. There was spilled liquid on the floor and some of the handles and countertops were kind of sticky. I know the maintenance people were definitely going around but I think it was just too busy for them to keep up I would say you are better off going someplace that's less hectic, better priced, with better food than Shiki here in Glendale Heights, Illinois

At first this place was really nice with a good atmosphere and good food. We went back again and had a bad experience. On the way out the door after we finished eating, the lady that cleans the tables went behind us yelling "aren't you gonna tip" First of all this is a serve yourself buffet including drinks! all she do is pick up your used plates. If we feel we want to tip than we will. We are two retired ladies under a fixed income! We only go out once a month to enjoy ourselves. Her actions made us feel like being harassed for tip! Her action was very ignorant and rude! We will not be returning!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. All of the staff were nice and sweet. The place was quiet and calm which was really soothing.

I thought the buffet was very good overall. The roast beef was tender and flavorful. There was very good variety. I got excellent value for my money, as the drink was included. I did think, however, that some of the pans could have been filled more often.
