One bartender spilled my drink as he handed it to me, didn't apologize or refilled it, so I didn't tip him. When I returned to the bar for another drink, he saw me and ignored me, and went to talk to the girls standing there. It took a while but the second bartender was professional and in a better mood. The women's restroom needs to be checked on more often, there was no toilet paper or soap. Layout of the place needs to be changed.

I found out that my child was a moron and went here. They are not screening for Covid vaccinations. I even have photos "accidentally" sent that site masks are not enforced either. This place is in Cook county, how are they not mandated to check for vaccination records or clear Covid tests within 72 hours? Reporting to the Chicago CDC or whoever it says to report them to. Thanks for aiding in the spread of Covid. And they aren't even concerned it seems literally posting they aren't screening.

Where do I start? Maybe with something positive? The space is beautiful. The set up was lit. The one bartender that could fix drinks was super dope. Now the security guard who was at the front when the event was supposed to start was extremely rude to me and my party of (20+) people. They saw all of us in heels, had us standing outside, told us we couldn't come in where it was warm because a cashier wasn't available. A complete asshole about people bringing me gifts. Made one of my friends walk back to her car with it. Wouldn't let anyone come out to put it up. It was so horrible. After 45 mins they let us up. The promoter just kept a straight face when we gold him. He tried but I think he was more of the d.j and didn't have much control. Food was garbage. The wait girls acted like it was their first day on the job. Several times we asked for bottle menus and menus for the hookah. It was really not the way I wanted to spend my birthday but my friends made the best of it. They said gym shoes weren't allowed but when we got there people were wearing gym shoes. I would definitely not recommend. Not if you're for real about your event/occasion. Like they dropped the ball and gave no fucks. Gave me a hookah that barely worked. Mimosas were juice and the attitude. It wasn't until when the juke party started that things got better.

The toxic masculinity is heavy in this place! My bf was turned around due to wearing joggers (although I also was wearing joggers) and we were told *in spanish* that if we give the bouncer money he will let us in *eye roll* I'm over here thinking 20 bucks sure but this bouncer goes "$50" and when I said "it's not worth all that" they bursted out laughing in a humiliating tone! The establishment lost our money due to their bouncers trying to scam their way to getting money from possible customers
