I was shocked to see 12 negative reviews all posted THE SAME DAY! with no dates or details--just vague rude, baseless complaints. I reached out to Joe, and he confirmed he's aware of them. He's tried contacting Google about it, but they haven't took action. It seems like someone might be trying to sabotage their business, which is really unfortunate. They screen all their calls, so it's hard to reach them by phone. They refused to schedule a meeting time and place, requiring me to call them when I needed a ride, then didn't answer when I called, even though they said they would. The driver deceived the airport police by asking me to sit in the front seat so the police wouldn't know they were a limo service. The driver was distracted while driving, using his phone to take a photo. He treated me like an immigrant even though I've lived in America almost my entire life. I would rather take public transportation or a taxi than them, as it would be safer, and I would be treated better.

For a limo sedan, I expected the usual Lincoln Town Car, but was very surprised to see a Mercedes-Benz (companies often charge more for this option). Their booking process is quick and replies are expeditious. The driver (Jo) was very professional and on time. His driving was safe and I felt very secure. The rates are more than reasonable for today's limo services.This is a global company so they provide services everywhere. I like their sense of accountability and responsibility to customers.
