The Bridal Shower turned out wonderful for our daughter and son-in-law! Food was delicious and served hot! Service was excellent! Carol and the La Bella team were awesome and let us arrive early to set up our own decorations. The Champaign fountain was so elegant! I would definitely recommend and book another event at La Bella in Countryside IL!

This is a great place to hold an event! Recently had a dinner party for 400 and they did a great job. They were very easy to work with and accommodated our group size which increased at the last minute. The staff was great; the room was nice; parking and AV worked well and the price was very reasonable for good food! Would definitely recommend this for those hosting a group.

Attended an industry event at Bella Banquets. It's a typical banquet hall, very generic. I'm giving two stars to the sweet servers and bartender. The food was AWFUL; even worse than stereotypical banquet food. The salad was compressed as though the plates were stacked on top of one another. I have no idea what attempt was made with the chicken legs and thighs...it was a broth with peas (?). The mostaccioli was OK, definitely the most edible dish besides the dinner rolls. The wedge potatoes were so overcooked, they were chewy. As many people agreed, we ate because we were hungry, not because the food was appetizing.

Where to begin! I cannot even tell you how we came across this hidden gem, but I am SO glad we did! What a wonderful experience we had with them from the very beginning!! Probably most importantly, the food was the talk of the evening! Everyone loved the selection. We opted for family style and selected the Bella Ultimate, which allows for 2 meats. Of all the places we scouted, the prices and food is what really decided Bella Banquets was our place. It was wonderful to know I wasn't going to have to worry about the food, as we all know that's the one thing people talk about! Originally, we began working with Julie and she was wonderful. She left for maternity leave, and Olivia and Michelle took over. Being a little concerned I would have to go over everything all over, I was pleased to see she had it completely down pat. Michelle was always very helpful and prompt in response, and Olivia really was a dream to work with. She was like my own personal wedding planning assistant! She answered all my calls, all my emails, went back and forth with me a million times, sympathized with my tears and definitely went above and beyond anything I expected. She was always pleasant, even when I was being crazy. She knew when to be careful and when to be honest. She learned my style and my needs very quickly and made sure everything met my standards! The staff is AWESOME! Tony the bartender and Danielle the waitress ROCK! They remembered us every time we went in, and greeted us with hugs and kisses. There was another woman (forgive me, I can't remember her name; short dark hair), but during our rehearsal, she helped tame our children, got some pizzas ordered and helped us manage. Phyllis, the banquet manager, took her own notes during our rehearsal, and when I realized I'd forgotten to send the most updated seating chart, she went table by table with me to make sure it was perfect! The owner also personally greeted us both at our initial meeting and the day after our wedding to make sure everything was perfect. Such a great guy! They were able to use the dividing wall to perfectly separate the ceremony area from the reception area and included refreshments out in the foyer for the 15 minutes between. The venue itself is beautiful! The Italian chandeliers, the covered drive up to lace-etched double glass doors. The banquet room has these gorgeous mirrors framed in soft ivory arches, adds serious drama to the room! There is a curved stairway in the corner that is perfect for a grand entrance, and leads to a bridal suite with its own private bathroom. There is a sofa, a desk and several chairs to accommodate just the bride or the wedding party. There is also another room that they use for a meeting space that can be used as a separate bridal suite if requested. (We were a 2 bride wedding.) They offered valet and have their own personal parking lot behind the venue. I cannot stress enough how perfect this place is. Over a year of crazy wedding planning and back and forth on so many decisions, we were always warmly welcomed; nothing negative to say at all! We have 3 daughters and are already planning on using Bella Banquets for their cotillions. Perfecto!

I was not impressed with this place. We had my niece's quinceañera there last night and the food was room temperature and not very appetizing; the linens had stains and marks on them; and some of the staff was pretty rude. I will say that the space is nice (big mirrors on the walls, chandeliers) and my niece was given a little parlor upstairs where she could get ready. That was a cool perk.

I have a mix of emotions. It's a beautiful place very elegant very up to date. At first, they were very accommodating very attentive, gave us a taste-testing food very delicious. When I went to give my final count and seating arrangement they said: "if you need to change anything give us a call". Friday morning I give them a revised seating arrangement and they call and complain saying they were already set up, but the day before when I ask if I could see the hall when it was set up they told me they did not set up until Friday Night. The owner called and told me that they were going to rearrange. Come the day...I had guests standing to wait for a chair at their table. Very embarrassing mad it seem like we weren't expecting them. I had all over my tables shifted because they did not arrange the seating like I gave them. they only moved #s around. The family that I had in front of the dance floor was stuck behind other tables and in corners. Very disrespectful when the family came from out of the country. They only had 1 bartender for 150 people the line was more than 20 min long. Food was supposed to be served at 7:30 and at 8:30 I finally asked when is food going to be served!!! When the finally started serving dinner the soup was lukewarm, the salad was welted the potatoes dry. We had a performance scheduled at 9 and guests had to be intrupted by waiters in front of their view. Very upsetting very stressful that things were communicated ahead of time and things weren't done. I could have spent less money and did it myself but instead, I went with a banquet hall that gave me false promises. Never again.
