Casa De Montecristo has all the elements of a great cigar lounge. Large humidor, with stacks of premium cigar brands. A wide variety of stogie accessories such as ashtrays, lighters and cutters.. Comfortable large chairs and couches with several flatscreens throughout. A VIP area and a huge bar, that does not serve alcohol but you can bring in a bottle. The staff are helpful and supper cool. I enjoyed my time here, If you like Medium to Full body cigars, try the Liga Privada Unicco Fuerte (UF-4), an exclusive stick here. Very nice smoke

My go to for brick and mortar cigar shops. They have an incredible selection and prices are competitive with online retailers (for the cigars I like). The guys are always very helpful, especially if you are newer and are trying to figure out where to even start.

this is my go to for cigars. the selection is outstanding - i've never seen more inventory in one place in my life. everything you can imagine. hand rolled unbranded to big brand. cool membership program. great places to hang and smoke a cigar - with TVs, plush furniture. Cool party space for members in the basement - speakeasy style. yeah you can find cigars (much) cheaper. but this place comes with an experience that's worth it. oh, and the staff is really cool.

first time coming in since we came from out of state we decided to take a look at this lounge, but we were sadly disappointed especifically on the customer service experience it was very poor and rude. I mean you would think to get good customer service from an employee if we asked question, Instead we got directed by " yeah it's right over there" answers without helping us out the proper way. very rude and unprofessiona. never coming back here again. Luckily we had stopped at "Blue Lable" lounge and best customer service there. so we now know where to come next time we're here in Chicago!

This place has one of the largest cigar selections I've ever seen in the Chicago land area. It's 2 floors first floor has all the cigars and humidors the basement which has a cigar lounge. Now I don't understand why if a customer purchases a flavored cigar you are unable to smoke it which is something I never heard of until visiting this place. The place is real nice but unless you're a member of the club the service provided isn't the same that's why I gave this place 3 stars.

Great place to relax and have a cigar very clean and nice staff only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is because if you buy a 10 dollar cigar you should get soda free not almost 3 dollars a can that's my only complaint.
