I used to be a mystery shopper for chipotle, and am aware that you are allowed to ask for more of something. I asked for extra cheese and the guy refused saying he couldn't.... This goes against their policy.. The lady helping me wanted to give me more cheese, but the man next to her said in Spanish "it doesn't matter- don't give her more". He thought I didn't understand him in Spanish, but I understand fluently.....

Updated review. They have definitely improved over the years. Too expensive though but that's not the workers fault. The vibe is nice but it does get pack, expected during lunch and dinner time. Not the biggest fan of the morning staff on Sundays. Food is good, portions are small, price is high. Not good not bad, just average.

A sudden craving for chipotle came across me and so I had to have some and I was pretty disappointed. It's a lot different from what I remembered years ago. We came around the 9pm rush on a Friday night and the employees looked really tired and understaffed. They gave the attitude of I don't want to be here and not a single smile on any of their faces, especially the ones in the front line. You want patrons to return so customer service should be key. Tables and floor were dirty, the garbage overflowed. I had to use my try to push it down so it didn't fall on the floor. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and for what they charge, you would think you should get more. The portions are so tiny you feel ripped off. I should've read the reviews before coming to this location because It seems that I'm not the only customer complaining about being skimped. Everything lacked flavor, especially the meat and rice. Pretty bummed I couldn't taste that cilantro lime. That's what makes chipotle. The quality has really gone down. It might be a while before I do come back to a Chipotle again. The only thing that saved it from a 1 star was the secluded area we sat in and the music they played.

The price for the portion/quality of the food is not what it used to be. But maybe I should have read the reviews before stopping at this location as it seems to be an issue for many others. My white rice and steak was so under seasoned and my chips lacked salt. No amount of Chipotle sauce could make each bite any better. However the employees were kind enough to give me a new batch of chips and let me taste it to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate the extra effort to go above and beyond. As for the rice and steak I didn't bother to ask for a new bowl. I was hesitant to have Chipotle tonight anyways. It's been so long since I had it too. Last time I also wasn't satisfied with the food, but thought I would give it a try again. Upon walking in, the employees looked like they were scrambling. Customers were waiting for their online orders, and the employees were juggling two tasks at once. One girl was washing dishes, than rang me out, than had to run back to pack up my chips. Tables and floors were dirty, and the garbage was over flowing. You had to push the garbage down with your tray. As I sat to eat we over heard another customer complain he paid $15 for a tiny burrito. I also noticed while waiting for my new bag of chips there was another customer asking for a refund. The Chipotle crew all looked lost and annoyed. I did ask how one of their days was, and he sighed. I get it, it was probably stressful and only 2 hours left of their shift. Whatever it was, not sure I will be eager to try Chipotle again anytime soon.

It's tough trusting the mobile ordering process to hold the same standard as in-person ordering. I paid $20 for a bowl that was expected to have DOUBLE smoked brisket and EXTRA corn/ sour cream... portions were not honored and didn't live up to the price. Very disappointed with the inconsistency on these past visits. - also did not come with utensils or napkins even though requested through the app

My Chipotle trip was a total letdown. First off, they skimped on portions like it was a game. Then, when I tried to chat with the staff about it, they were totally checked out - zero help, zero care. And don't even get me started on the prices. For what I forked out, I expected way more bang for my buck. Bottom line: I won't be hitting up that spot again. There are way better places to spend my money and actually enjoy my meal. (This was with extra white rice, extra pinto)

This is my favorite Chipotle location by far! The employees are always nice, the guacamole is always fresh, and the interior is roomy and comfortable. My family and I drive the extra 20 minutes to go to this location, rather than the ones closer. It's just that much of a better experience! I wish they had name tags so I could personally thank whoever made my bowl in this review.

I visited (10/2) this store during peak lunch rush and was nervous that it would take forever. I walked in behind five new customers and I thought my fate was sealed. Fortunately the MOD was at the head of the line, just before cashier.. when he saw the line build he was ON IT! He coached his team and called out to the beginning of the line to reduce TAT- "let's go!" It was AWESOME to see how fast this team worked. I think this was probably my fastest chipotle experience ever, possibly faster than other locations with 0 wait. My food was HOT and FRESH, my needs were accurately and QUICKLY catered to, the service line was clean and stocked-- and I got out of there before i could blink twice. All star service. Thank you to the man at the wheel!

This is a typical chipotle, but for me that's a good thing. I am doing my review comparing it to other fast food. This is one of my go tos because the ingredients are fresh and simple. You get to pick your preferences for your burrito, bowl etc. This particular location was clean and the workers were all friendly and prompt. I enjoyed my experience.
