Love the convenience of Cilantros! They have a bunch of locations popping up around Chicagoland. We ordered the asada tacos which were really good! I also ordered the pollo tamales, which weren't my favorite. There was hardly any meat in them but if there had been I bet I would've really enjoyed them. Hopefully next time! Each location also has a bar so if you're feeling a drink when dining in! We waited for a to go order and the man working the front brought it out to us and made sure we had the sauces we needed!

Awful experience. We used to order tacos from this location for many years but today they delivered the worst Pastor tacos I have ever eaten. The meat was shredded and the seasoning tasted awful. It had pieces of something that look like tomato skin. They were disgusting. I called to let them know that maybe my ordered was wrong and the cook answered and said that that was the way the pastor tacos were made now and that there was nothing we could do about it. He was rude and had the worst attitude I've seen in a long time. We will never order from this place again.

I have had a pollo burrito and burrito belly bowl here. I ended up getting the belly bowl because they didn't have a two taco meal option and this was cheaper then ordering two tacos with rice and beans on the side. I hope they can add a two taco meal to their menu for lunch time customers. The belly bowl was good but also overwhelming. It just was missing something but it was hard to describe. Overall, good quality ingredients and meat.

Complete disappointment between both the service and the food. I've never had an issue with this location until tonight, I had ordered the kids STEAK quesadilla (as included I selected an horchata) and the selected side of double rice no beans, through there online service which is commonly convenient. I walked in to pick up my order as any other would, as it was continuously one thing after another. I had to remind the girl about my drink and ask for utensils (which should be already provided). I make my way home ready to enjoy what I thought was going to be a good dinner average commute of (20 minutes), to then realize my quesadilla had not one piece of steak (which I also paid extra for) and both rice and beans when I had specifically asked for double rice. AND to add on further than found hair in my quesadilla, Instead of them taking their time and reading the order correctly they insisted on throwing whatever together whichever was convenient for them. I had called to speak with the manager regarding this disaster disruption of service and was told I would've received a call sooner than later around 7 PM, 7:10.. 7:30 still no call, I took it into my own hands as any customer would (when their dinner is completely ruined) to further then call and receive any type of sympathy through service especially this location. The girl over the phone left me on hold for another 30 minutes, still not reaching the manager as she continuously gave me attitude and further then lied stating the manager wasn't even on the clock, She also stated "I don't know what to tell you, he's busy" as she further then stated he wasn't there. Never would I recommend this location and as poor service has drastically changed and clearly shows they have no interest in providing the right amount of service for their customers.

I was hesitant to try this location again after seeing the recent reviews and they're right. The quality has dropped. I tried to place a pickup order over the phone but ended up getting put on hold for over 7 minutes.. I actually made it the restaurant in that amount of time only to find the girl at the front ignoring the phone still.. ordered a steak burrito & had to wait about 20minutes for it to be ready. The burrito was mostly filler(not a lot of meat) & a lot of the steak was chewy & fatty, they must've switched to a cheaper cut or something. Overall not the worst experience but not worth coming back anytime soon. Maybe I'll try back in a year or something..

so bad from the food to the service. I placed my order in person and then was not only up charged by cashier but she had put in the wrong order. to fix it, she then wanted to charge me more than what was originally due. i let it go because i thought maybe there was a language barrier. she seemed pretty annoyed about the whole thing. meat from torta was cold and chile relleno taco was all sponge and literally no chile. i only didn't go back to ask for a refund because i was exhausted. annoyed and still hungry. should've just gone to portillos lol

Good tacos, burritos and torta's . Great variety of meats to choose from. Good service also. Sides are good. I wish they would invest in a char-grill which would take the meats to next level flavor

If you're gonna choose cilantro as your stop form Mexican food make sure it's not this location! Went there yesterday for two burrito dinners and was completely underwhelmed when I ate it. Asked for my tripa burritos to have the meat extra fried only to find out it wasn't! The beans tasted too much like old water that left a after taste in my mouth. Really regret not going to the Northlake or stonepark location where the food is in a whole other tier! Do not recommend coming here
