This was my first time trying dairy queen, surprisingly good. Claims to be the dairy "queen" but, I think it should be called dairy capitalism. Due to all of the overpriced food. NEVER PUT COLD BROWNIES IN ICE CREAM IT IS GROSS. But all things considered, I actually loved the burger and the ice cream wasn't so bad but I think I only liked it because I was very hungry.

I've been here a few times over the past few years. It's a family owned business with a few employees. I never had an issue with my order nor any of the employees EXCEPT the lady that I assume is the owner. I have never met someone so MEAN in my life. I understand people have bad days but this particular lady is so rude. Lord forbid you ask her a question that only someone working there would know, you'd think you was speaking another language with the way she will look at you before giving a nice/nasty reply. My goodness I hope she works on it, other than that there are no other complaints. Maybe she should work behind the scenes because working with people is not her strong point. I've even witnessed her rudeness towards the employees. The husband is nice for the most part. I definitely will not go back. And will pass the word of the bad customer service just solely based on the lady herself. I don't even know why anyone would work there because I'd never work for someone who talks to me so bad.

The lady working was very rude. She had an attitude and does not have good customer service. The place smelled and looked dirty, very unsanitary. The shake was okay but I wouldn't come again. I came at about 1:35 and it opens at 1, the lady didn't open up until 1:45. Wouldn't return.

Took my family in there tonight. it was my toddlers first time there and he was excited. Walked with him all happy up to the counter only to be meet with someone who had no customer service. No smile, no greeting. just her and her notepad. I made small talk and she rolled her eyes. I bite my tongue and just ordered. I get it if you hate your life or had a crappy customer prior (store had one other customer) like maybe take a break, let another staff member handle it. I work in customer service, I get it. it's not easy. At least the teens working we're nice. She was an older white woman with super short feathered hair. thank you bc I will always recommend a different ice cream place bc of your shitty demeanor.

I had a large cone dipped in chocolate and the cone was stale. When I got home I called the store and spoke to the manager/owner she replied that they receive cones everyday and that the cone couldn't possibly be stale. I informed her that may be the case but the cone that I had tasted stale, she giggled and asked if I wanted to come back and get another one. I told her no! The ice cream was good, but the owners aren't very friendly. Apparently customer service isn't their goal.

The owners were working the store. The husband was super nice. However, the wife was incredibly rude. I personally would give 0 stars if I was able to. The ice creams was fine.

Just wanting to get my craving filled for plain ice cream cone and after a long drive was hoping to use their restroom. Of course I was told there's no public restroom, apparently even for customers. So you can eat there, just don't expect them to have washroom facilities. Then I was presented with my cone, my large ice cream cone that was misshapen, falling off the side of the base and smaller than a medium at any other Dairy Queen store. Needless to say I will pass this Dairy Queen next time and look for another

I ordered from them twice, and each time felt a little uncomfortable. I like to give businesses 2nd and even 3rd chances before I write a review so that I can determine if my experience was a one time thing or the atmosphere of the business. Anyway, I ordered an ice cream blizzard cake from them on two separate occasions. The first time I called to order I asked if they had any Disney Princesses, mainly Princess Tiana. The woman laughed at my question and responded "Oh no, we don't have her here. I've never heard of her." Her laughter and tone of voice when answering my question really rubbed me the wrong way. But, I ordered anyway because it was the only DQ that could have my order ready ASAP. I decided to give them another chance just 10 days later and called to order another blizzard cake. After telling the lady what I wanted written on the cake, she screamed "WHAT?" I paused, repeated myself again, to which she then began to laugh. I didn't even want anything bizarre written on it, but I guess a cake from "Daddy's Princess" was chuckle worthy. With customer service like this, it's no wonder that DQ restaurants are dropping like flies. This DQ needs to update it's cake toppings selection so that it can accommodate a broader demographic! I will never go here again!
