Placed an order for delivery. They never delivered the order and when I called they stated they were closed. They updated the app saying it was delivered but it never was

Pizza is good BUT this is the 2nd time they are late. A month ago and I swore I wouldn't buy from them again 2 HOURS LATE. Today, 40 minutes late and IM PISSED. Never Giving them a chance again. I'll order that pizza down the street for 12.00 and get it on time.

Update: Pizza arrived over one hour after being marked "delivered." If the app doesn't work, then Dominos needs to get their $#1+ together, as Door Dash, Instacart, et al have reliable delivery updates. If it was the local shop trying to avoid trouble from corporate, corporate needs to allow for realistic delivery times in the midst of the labor shortage. Thin and crispy crust lacked crispiness due to delivery delay. Taste was average. Life's too short to eat Dominos Pizza.

Ordered 2 topping medium, thin crust and some cheesy bread. All delicious except for a little corner of the thin crust that was slightly burned but wasn't too much to disrupt the deliciousness of dominos. Service was quick with no issues.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! This place is SHUT DOWN but is STILL take online orders. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!! I ordered a pizza on Saturday online. When I got there to pick the pizza up, all the equipment was taken out and doors were locked up. My order was processed though. So, I called corporate and the ONLY thing that could do was call the franchise and tell them to call us right away. Well...guess what? It's now Tuesday and still NO PHONE CALL. Called corporate back and they said that was all they can do. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Would give zero if I could. Ordered delivery pizza, lava cakes, hot wings, and salad. Pizza was undercooked; cheese shreds are still whole on picture and dough was partially raw. In addition, the lava cakes were burnt black. Called the store, a woman picked up and told me to hold. Hold was so long, decided to head to the store to get new pizza and lava cakes. While on wait, got in the car to drive to the store. After 16 minutes, same woman answered the phone-I told her I was driving to the store to return pizza that was undercooked and lava cake that was burnt. Woman told me that lava cakes are suppose to be black. When I arrived at the store, I spoke to the woman who answered the phone. Showed her the pizza and the lava cakes. Woman proceeded to argue with me and told me that they were cooked correctly. I told her that if the lava cakes are suppose to be burnt like that, then I didn't want it. I asked for a refund on the lava cakes and she initially said that she couldn't do it but then gave me cash. I paid $6.99 + tax and she gave me $5.50. I asked for a replacement pizza and heard her tell another woman in the back to "cook it well done". I clarified that I just want it cooked correctly. After waiting for 10 minutes, she handed me the pizza. I told her that I didn't feel that I had to pay for the pizza on the first place (I had paid the delivery charge and tip. Then drove to the store after being put on hold for an unreasonably long time). She argued with me and said that she couldn't refund the pizza giving excuses that she would need to cancel the entire order to do that. I insisted that she refunded the pizza. After back and forth, she eventually said that she would refund the entire order and then said "don't ever order from here again".

The place is busy, I get it. But every time I call I get put on hold and no one ever comes back. Why have a phone if you're not going to take orders over the phone. Just close the line!!!

I had the same experience as another review. I did an online order at 3:30 for 5 pm delivery. At 5:45 I called only to find out they have no drivers. If they don't have drivers they shouldn't let you order and wait for something that's never going to come. If you order online they have your number and should call you back and tell you. Really bad business!

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich has 10 pieces of chicken on the bread (see picture) When I called the location, sat on hold for 5 mins. When the report an issue button came up (in app) it will not let me send it to receive my "so sorry, let us make it up to you reward" So much for their "guarantee". Last time they forgot the dipping sauces I paid for. I thought that it's advertised that if they mess up, they will come back and bring you the correct stuff or fix what was messed up. LIES. Drivers, although they have the address, can't find the address. Why, you ask, because they aren't on the right street. Needless to say, "F" Dominos. FALSE ADVERTISING and total crap.
