Thank you to the staff at Garden Chalet for having my family and I after my grandpas wake. It's never an easy time, but these folks made getting the family a meal quite easy, as well as the service they provided to us. Food and staff was great. We appreciate it so much! Very affordable as well and we were all full and felt much better after leaving. Will definitely keep this place in mind for any events moving forward.

I just buried my Mom.We book this place for a luncheon. Big mistake, the service was terrible one of the severs almost dropped a few plates of food. Let me tell you for the price of the food , I wouldn't serve it to an inmate. I was told people got sick from the food! Then try to pay the bill, they wanted to charge us more money! Then it got racial Terrible when you can't get service. Please don't recommend.

I had my Retirement and Birthday Celebration at Garden Chalet Sept 22, 2024. Today is December 2024 and people are still talking about MY EVENT AT THE GARDEN CHALET. They give me EVERYTHING I WANTED ............ PLUS!!!!! The food was amazing!!! I was so worried because MOST of my friends are GREAT COOKS.......EVERYONE LOVED THE FOOD! The staff was FRIENDLY and very accommodating. My friends have used Garden Chalet before and I will continue to use this Venue in the future! Yvette Phillips

My church Banquet was here at the Garden chalet..the tables were sat up for 10 people the banquet hall only put 8 pieces of chicken per table..they were short staff some of the food was cold and the chicken was not fried completely done..not using Garden Chalet ever again and will spread the word to every church and People we know not to use this Venue 10/19/24

I recently attended a wonderful garden wedding here, the venue is gorgeous, the staff are very friendly. The food, well that's where the ball was dropped. It was family style, we had mashed potatoes with gravy on the side very fluffy, very delicious, I believe Penne pasta with Italian sausage, the pasta was excellent, the sauce was a little too sweet, but the sausage was a total miss, not good at all. Roast beef with gravy, it was okay. The steamed vegetables were excellent, the rolls and the cream of broccoli soup were worth writing home about, they were phenomenal. The fried chicken was horrid. It lacked flavor, it wasn't even that crispy. Overall, the wedding was great, beautiful venue and the food was okay. As long as the bride and groom were happy, that's all that really matters.

Writing this review after my band played an event here recently. So I can't really speak to the booking process, but having been to a lot of venues in my career, this one ranks towards the top. The room we were in was absolutely gorgeous. Well maintained and clean. And the staff was great. Definitely one I would be happy to play at again!

I just had my wedding here a few days away and at first everything was going well but when it was time to serve the appetizers no one told the wedding party and we were outside taking pictures and we paid extra just to have those appetizers and I didn't even get any . Towards the end of my wedding it seem like they were rushing us but our time was no where near up and to top it all off the manager Regina cut our wedding cake with out our permission then lied to our faces and said ' oh I thought you guys had cut it ' my husband was very upset so I will not be doing business with them ever again

Came here for a funeral luncheon. Pros... The room was very nice. Service was polite and prompt. Food was family style which is usually a turn off, but it was better than most places. Now for the cons... Wanted the bar open but would only serve us drinks and due to it being an Irish funeral luncheon thought that was kind of a buzz kill. As the luncheon was going on though, they let a wedding party, who I'm assuming was going to be using the room later that evening, bring in their stuff and equipment. Found that to be very disrespectful. Felt they could have held off till we were finished. That last fact alone is why I wanted to right this review.

I had my wedding there in November of 2018. After trying to plan my event at another venue running into unprofessionalism and hidden expenses I decided to explore my options. I met with Elizabeth which is an angel in disguise. She made our wedding come true! The prices and packages are fantastic, I food was great and the service was first class. The food kept coming, the drinks kept pouring and all my guests had a great time. She even let us use the garden room for our ceremony and dessert room. The whole event put a smile on my face and even the new wife agreed that having our wedding here was the right move. If you have an event coming up, at least check it out and talk to Elizabeth she made the wedding of our dreams come true.
