Went in because I had a rewards coupon first $4.99 sndwich. Employee informed me it didn't apply to sandwich I wanted so I decided not to order anything. General manager came out and harassed me and tried to intimidate me. Accused me of giving his employee attitude. Iwas afraid he would hit me. Employee assured me I did nothing wrong and apologized to me. I left the store without ordering anything. Twenty minutes later I am still shaking.

I put in an order 24 hours in advance for two 30 piece sandwiches. They were delivered on time but that's about all they got right. The sandwiches were supposed to be individually wrapped. I'd ordered three veggie subs as part of the boxes. Only one could be clearly identified. Even the driver did not know. I called the manager to have it resolved. She said she KNEW she put it in there. She offered to provide three more sandwiches at MY COST. I told her that was not acceptable. She then said she could do the entire order all over again. She sent the driver to pick them up. I called some time later to check on the status. She said they were on the way. I called back later and she said they were still at the shop because the driver hadn't returned. I finally sent my nephew to pick them up only to find they had not provided ANY CONDIMENTS or the toppings I'd requested on the side. Also, she lied about doing the entire order again. Only one box was individually wrapped. The second box was the same sandwiches, thrown carelessly in there. She packaged the three veggies sandwiches separately which she could've done in the first place! I called the manager Fredo to complain a few days later and her offered me a couple of sandwiches for my trouble.

Never delivered my food and didn't know how to give a refund. Said that the order wasn't there so he must have dropped it off. Didn't offer credit or new delivery until after an hour when I spoke to a second "manager". Made me call an area manager to fix the issue, but gave a me a number to a barber shop so I had to call the store AGAIN. After about 3-4 follow up calls between the store and the "manager". They said that I will see a refund in 3-5 business days. We'll see.... Horrible customer service. Never ordering from here again.

On Tuesday 1-4-2022 I had again an unsettling experience at this particular Jimmy John's in Broadview,the one in mention is located just next door to the cleaners so there's no mistake! To make a long story short customer service is pathetic from supervisors down to the craft employees,i ordered two different Lil John's and asked for them to be cut in half and labeled and on the one sandwich there was no meat, certainly not what should have been by portion,this was ridiculously short of what i paid for,so when i called to speak with the supervisor,her attitude was that she could careless and had no resolution to make it right or neither did she apologize for the poor customer service!! This is my second consecutive dissatisfied service with this establishment and with that I suggest and recommend that you patronize any other Jimmy John's location besides this one unless you're looking for horrible!!!!! I won't ever shop with this location ever.. Very grumpy service and a rip off as far as getting what you pay for.

Customer service in store was terrible. Girl:"What do you want?".. me: "a turkey unwich. Do you have banana peppers?" .. girl: "nah, we have hot peppers. me: "ok". Girl: "so what do you want?" Me:(repeats order). Girl- walks away. Another girl hands me my order "here you go"... why is customer service slacking all around, everywhere. I won't be back unless they hire people with better attitudes. Perhaps I caught them on a bad night? All of them. Or the tail end of their shift. Who knows.

This is worst Jimmy Johns on the planet. Both sandwiches ordered for delivery were screwed up. Added onions and pickles to my sandwich which doesn't come with either and took 42 minutes to be delivered. Sandwich was soggy and I tipped ahead of time because of the app. Never again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

By far the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever ordered from it's been exactly 1 hour and 15 mins and I just received my order . So much for freaky fast delivery. The manage Christy was no help all she kept on repeating for 45mins that the driver was on her way. I will not be going back to this location and from the reviews many others have similar issues.
