Today I give this place a one star because they don't know how to put dressing on a sandwich My sandwich was soaked with dressing way to much dressing there's no reason to put that much dressing on a sandwiches it's no a salad it's a sandwich I'm not happy at all

I was on my way home after dropping off my neighbor and saw this submarinse place. I decided to purchase a 12 inch tuna sandwich. when I came home I gave half to my son and I took the other half. when I went to eat the sandwich it was a mouthful of mayonnaise. I was surprised that someone would put that much mayonnaise on a sandwich than when I went to open the sandwich I realized there was no tuna in the sandwich. I called and they said they would refund my money or give me a new sandwich. I live about a half hour away but I will be picking up my neighbor from where I dropped her off. This was very disappointing and can't believe someone would sell a mayonnaise sandwich and advertise it to be a tuna.

Been going there since I was a child one of the best subs around I wouldn't go to any other place. I have tried others, but they are completely different. These people are nicest and they are outstanding with their speed of making your sandwich! My sandwich comes out perfect every time.

I went ro Mr. Submarine while my laundry was being done 2 doors down. I noticed a young woman touching my food with her bare hands and when she saw that i was watching her, she immediately put gloves on. Only the frozen fries were cooked. Everything else (gyro & pita) were microwaved. flavorless and upsetting to see. will never go back

Food was delicious. Got a couple subs and a chili cheese dog. My young son devoured the chili cheese dog in a few minutes. Loved the fresh fries. And Cherry RC!

A definite upgrade to my last review! We were throwing a birthday party for both my girls and my eldest chose her favorite, roast beef submarines from Mr. Submarine. At first I was conflicted about the amount of King subs to get, as they have party pics of 5, 10, or 22 king sub sandwiches. Their prices are definitely reasonable! My husband convinced me we needed the 22 sub plan(we didn't) which was $135. This included tax. The staff was very professional when ordering over the phone, so it was a very smooth process when I picked up the sandwiches. They even had staff carry it to my car! The bread was so fresh and delicious and all my guests enjoyed the variety. For a party of approximately 16 adults and 10 children I definitely wouldn't recommend 22 subs. Especially when you have accompaniments such as baked pasta and various chips. We ended up with around 9 full size left. However, Mr. Submarine's exceptional service, price, and taste where what stood out for us. Highly recommend ordering for your next party/gathering!

So I read the reviews and was excited to order here. I placed a pickup order, but when I arrived the doors were locked. I knocked and asked to get my order. The employee said I had to wait in line at the drive through that was wrapped around the building. He just said, "that is how we do it here." SERIOUSLY?!?! Why would you take orders if your store is not open?!?! Worst customer service...

Every single time we order from here they screw up the order or forget something. When I call to ask them to fix it, they offer nothing and blame it on the Uber service. Today they had the nerve to hang up on me. Try another place but not this one one Brookfield.
