Pizza is solid. The bbq chicken pizza is a favorite. Can't go wrong with the godmother chicken sandwich as well. Plus good customer service

Great pizza, but they're only open for *four hours* a day during the week, 6 hours a day on Friday and Saturday. So if you're looking for Nancy's pizza, you have to order on their schedule, not yours. Lunch is out, so time your evening pizza carefully.

I visited this restaurant today and really felt some type of way like I was being racially profiled I came inn ordered my pizza sat there while other Caucasian males entered and ordered their food and as I'm sitting there playing a game on my phone a young lady comes from the back and tells me they sent me up here to ask you what else are you waiting on and I had not even received my food but other Caucasian males stood there and was never asked anything

We had Nancy's in Tinley Park and it was amazing. We decided to order from the Alsip location and it was pretty bad. The pizza was soggy and a fruit fly came out of the wings container. We ordered over the phone which wasn't as easy as it should be. Overall, Nancy's is good just not this particular location.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I purchased a pizza and when we walked out, my son accidentally dropped it. We went back in to ask if it could be remade, and we were told "no it's not our fault" the most they could do was offer a coupon (that we already had by the way) to buy another one. Granted it was our fault but talk about customer service!! We've been supporting this place for years and referring our family and friends but not ANYMORE!! You've just lost a customer
