The website lists 2 shows for Sunday 5/25. 4:30p and 7:30p. 4:30p tickets were purchased. There was no show at 4:30p building was not open. Upon further review the website's "about" lists 6p as its opening time on Sunday but not a soul in the parking lot for 6p opening. The website should have never taken our money. Or an employee should've reached out to explain and refund us. I hope everything gets updated and they can thrive as a business moving forward. Phone number does not go to a voicemail. Email went unanswered.

So happy we found a new restaurant to explore. Mature crowd, great music, great food, plus live comedy on the weekends. Only venue with a "balcony on the floor". !

I visited Revel and had a great experience. The customer Service was great. The food was delicious. For drinks I tried the "Party of two".. Amazing!

I visit this Supper club on a Friday for a comedy show. I should have walked out the moment the host was trying to sit me and my guests at a table. We prefered bar area and she kept saying you sure you don't want a table? I would have asked for a table if I preferred but wanted bar area, which we was finally seated. Very slow service, so please be prepared to wait. Order drinks along with food. Everyone food came out but one order which was a cheeseburger. 1st round of drinks finished. Slowing finishing up food but my cousin cheeseburger still have not arrived. Asked bartender, she says let me go check on it. She comes back and says few more minutes, Well that few more minutes turned into 1 hr + very unacceptable. My spouse spoke to the male who says he was the owner ( which was not true ) and voiced his concern. Over 1 hour for a cheeseburger and another couple next to us ordered a lamb chop dinner which came out before a burger and the couple came in after us. Please explain how is that possible? Informed so call owner to have remove as burger was still not to my area. Bartender offered shots. I prefer to have his burger taken off as it was a long wait. $15 burger they would not adjust.Did someone have to go to Tonys/Jewels for beef patties? We was so confused. Waiting on bill which took another 35-40 minutes and guess what burger was still on bill which was never taken off the bill as we stated to remove. I never experience a restaurant visit like this before. Unprofessional, not prepared, slow, no communication etc. Please attend to your customers so your establishment can stay open. Overpriced and not a good 1st time experience. So PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WAIT WAIT WAIT for no reason.....

**Long Review Ahead** In an attempt to support this "revamped black owned business" I attended a comedy show here on 3/30/25. The experience was negative from start to finish. They need to revisit the drawing board. The tickets to the show were free but if you showed up after a certain time there was a cover. However, the way the hostess delivered that information was beyond unprofessional. Even the worker next to her tapped her and let her know to relax. My party was seated and ordered drinks and food. The drinks took about 40 minutes. For the price point they either need bigger portions or more alcohol. The food came about 10 minutes after the drinks. The chicken Caesar salad was good but it lacked chicken. The wings were good. The kitchen was out of a dish that was ordered but didn't mention it until after the rest of the food was received. That information should be provided when the order was placed. There's an auto gratuity added for 5 or more. My party was less than 5 but 2 waitresses "couldn't figure out" how to remove it from the bill. After the check is settled we attempt to exit and one of the "managers" BLOCKS the exit asking if we paid our bill. A waitress from a DIFFERENT AREA steps over and says I don't think they paid who was their server. WHAT??! Yeah never in my life have I seen an establishment behave this way. And was unapologetic when proved WRONG. That's just not how you conduct business. Even if you thought that was the case there was a better way to go about that. Needless to say my money won't be back there and I wouldn't recommend. I wish them the best of luck. Hopefully they'll improve so others can have a pleasant experience. The comedienne was funny. The music was nice, it was a good mixed balance.
