A terrible experience, all around. This review is based off of a delivery order. Started with my call to the restaurant to confirm that they had received my note. The woman on the phone kept rushing me and wouldn't allow me to get to my question, continually saying "okay, so, how can I help you". Let me ask the question and then you would know. The terrible experience continued when the pizza arrived; the dough was undercooked, and the pizza was missing a main topping! We ordered the Vegan Mediterranean Classic which comes with Vegan Al Dente Pizza Sauce, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Beyond Meat Italian Sausage, and Daiya Mozzarella Cheese. The pizza was missing the Italian Sausage. I don't understand how they skipped a main topping. The pizza was just not good in taste. I didn't eat any more than a slice, when ordered. The next day, I bought some beyond sausage to cook and top the pizza and baked it longer. I've been to the Sarpino's Albany Park location and had an amazing experience, so when I ordered from this location I was expecting something similar. It was all bad; I wouldn't order from here again.

I threw in an order through yelp for a medium pizza and waited over an hr for delivery but nothing. When I called, the lady did not receive my help order and was inexperienced in accessing it, saying she's never done it through yelp before even though I have used the service. I already got charged and even have a receipt but the person said they was nothing she could do.

I had repeatedly ordered food from this place with no issues, and this had made me willing to continue doing business with them without concern. Unfortunately, though, they must have multiple delivery drivers, and the last one is a thief and a liar. Very awkward. I place my orders with them through DoorDash, as that is the easiest method and they are on DashPass. Unfortunately, since they don't let DoorDash do their deliveries for them, the only way to raise any concerns at all is through the store directly. My last order with them was marked as delivered, but the doorbell never even rang. Suddenly, I got a message thanking me for the tip the driver had collected from me. When I responded that I didn't have my order, I was told that it was my fault for not accepting this person's phone call. I said I hadn't received a call, and I was sent a screenshot of a bunch of numbers but not mine. I said my number wasn't there, and they accused me of lying. Honestly, it's not uncommon for delivery drivers to not read the DoorDash instructions or not make any effort at all, so I pointed out that the instructions are in the app and even shared *why* I rely on DoorDash instead of just going to pick up pizza myself. I was again belittled for not picking up my phone, and the lie was extended to include a voicemail. Of course, I have no voicemail message from this fiend either. I made my way downstairs to the only table that anyone could access without being let into the building by someone. Of course, there is no food there or even anywhere inside the lobby. This driver snottily persists in their lying, adding some crap about their boss seeing them deliver or some such. (It must have been Houdini pizza.) I did try calling the store, but I was cut off, told to be on hold just long enough to look up my order, left on hold, and then told that this issue of exceedingly poor character in a Sarpino's team member is somehow DoorDash's responsibility. I tried to explain DoorDash does not accept complaints, since Sarpino's insists on doing their own deliveries, but the girl on the phone again cut me off, made a rude remark to insist I could go through DoorDash, and hung up on me. This is why we have internet reviews, I guess, sadly, since such rudeness is a norm across this team.

Our friends invited us over for a pizza party and they served Scarpino's, we added ingredients that we liked. The pizza was okay at best and dry crust was not good. We looked over the pizza to find any sign of sausage with no luck, how small are these pieces? I think our friends were upset about the bad delivery and pizza also. I would never order anything from this restaurant again. I know someone else paid for this dinner, but I hate to see them waste hard-earned money. I do not know what the dinner cost, but what we saw it was too much. Try good pizza from Salerno's, and these pies are amazing.

I ordered 3 pizzas for my family and asked for the thin crust. We ordered a speciality pizza and there were literally no topping on the pizza . I called to say hey we ordered and stated the topping saying there was literally no sausage on the pizza the lady handling the phone responded the manager made the pizza and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it it was made correctly. When you charge for every extra topping, I expect there to be topping on the pizza this pizza was 90 dollars for 3 and I would have been better off if I put on a bunch of frozen jacks frozen pizzas. It was a one time mistake we won't make again...

I made the mistake of ordering before I saw the reviews. Despite there being recent bad reviews, my pizza was great. The guy handing me my food was polite, and I really liked how my pizza was made exactly how I wanted. I've attached a picture below of the pizza when I opened it; it was super cute, and I liked the way they packaged the crushed red pepper and the Parmesan cheese on top. Super clever and super cute!!!! Ordered on Christmas Day so I had to make sure I tipped good and I'm glad I did:)

Disgusting and horrible service with them. I was trying to get a pizza delivered while I'm babysitting so I'm multitasking, the guy was completely so rude on the phone that if he's not a manager or related to the owner, he would've been fired within seconds. He did not have any patience while I was trying to order. It would never be that deep in the first place, but I swear to God this person literally hung the phone up on me. This pizza is not even good enough for people to be buying it with their kind of disgusting, sad and angry demeanor. When I mean, I've never had worse customer service in my whole entire life, I mean it. I've never met a person, so angry and so rude. But happy holidays everyone!
