Stop on the way home for a Cold Cut Trio, our favorite since they were 99¢. Simple. Imagine my shock when my wife came home with a sandwich that was $9.49 plus tax. No extra meat. No chips. No drink. Just a sandwich. I couldn't believe that the simplest, most generic, unfanciest Subway sandwiches were pushing ten bucks! So I checked other nearby shops. Guess what? I could only do that when they were open. It seems that the menu information is not accessible if the store is closed. WUWT?? (The one exception is a large catering order.) So the stores opened the next day and I could access the menus for those stores. Guess what #2? $7.49 and $7.99 were typical at other area stores. Only Countryside was $9.49!!! Yes, I know: store owner/managers have the power to charge what they want to charge. Not that those other prices are a steal, but still about 20% less than the Countryside location, before a 10.75% tax is added. Guess what #3! I have the power to shop wherever I like for our food. Countryside Subway has sold me its last sandwich. Bye-bye!

I frequent this Subway a couple times a week for their Sub of the day, which is a good deal I guess. This location has friendly staff, and is pretty clean. But whenever I ask for vegetables on my sandwich, you guys have no hesitation in piling on the lettuce but always only put a few slivers of onion! Is there an onion shortage I didn't know about?

We come in asking for the sand which that's literally on the menu board made exactly how it comes. She then complains in Spanish to her coworker that she doesn't know how to make it and my boyfriend should know how to order (she didn't think we know Spanish I'm assuming). We get to the register after my order is made and he asks 4 times for it to be remade because he pulled up what should be in it and it's missing everything. She charges us and walks to the back and gets made when she sees us still waiting in front. She didn't decide to help us until my boyfriend asked in Spanish for it to be remade because it's not what is advertised on the board. And even then she asks for the sand which with the biggest attitude.

It's Subway...what more do you need to know? How about just a few key components: This location is super clean and has nice decor. I don't know how or why exactly, but it's almost cozy - if a Subway could be cozy. The employees here are awesome! Really and truly. I've been to Subway's near and far, because it's a healthy option when you're on the road. I've seen some crab asses back there makin my sammie! But never here. Ever. They make my sub exactly to my oddball specifications without batting an eye, and alwyas with a smile. It's my favorite Subway ever.

My family and I went to get three sandwiches for lunch, and Bart was the one who made such a great job. He was very kind, respectful, cheerful. He mad my day better with his great smile and with his kindness, he was very neat and it and he was very calm and didn't feel he was Rushing me to help the next person rushing to help the next person in line. I ENJOYED IT AND I HOPE BART SEES THIS, thank you so much Bart my family and I have no words to explain how happy and thankful that you helped us.

Came in here in August when I was stopping at another business in the area. I'm a subway regular as it's the one place that's close enough to where I used to work that I can get a meal in the time I'm allotted. The lady that greeted me was very friendly, and my sandwch was quickly and accurately made and toasted. But when it was completed, it sat on the counter by the register while she took the orders and made sandwiches for 4 people behind me rather than just let me pay and then take care of them (there was another worker there as well, she wasn't alone). My toasted sandwich was stone cold by the time I walked out to my car. I may give them another try and update my review as the employees may have been new.

Very disappointed :( have been eating the same sandwich at subway for the last 5 years, first time in my life where after asking for a few more olives i got told that i will be charged extra :(( i thought they never charge extra on the salad bar, i understand if i would have asked for more meat or cheese also i would have been ok if i would have bought the cheap 3$ sandwitch, but i got a philly cheese which i think is the most expensive they have. Just a shocker!
