Worst subway ever. This lady started my sandwich how it should be made (subway club) with the three pieces of each meat then quickly decided that was too annoying for her and only put one piece of each and hardly anything for the veggies i asked for. The veggies available looked in bad shape too like maybe theyre from a few days ago. I used the bathroom and pretty sure it's Never been cleaned before. Holy shit hope i dont get sick from eatting here.. I didnt have a lot of time. I drive a lot for work and only had a moment to jump in for a sandwich. Wow... do not go here.

I saw an Indian lady in there making 2 foot longs for her own self or maybe for her family with no gloves on. I ordered my sandwich, and then saw this happening and walked right out Before even purchasing it

Absolutely horrible and ignorant service, my daughter ordered 4 sandwiches, one was made entirely wrong, and one was unavailable, when my daughter asked to have the one sandwich corrected and to be refunded for the sandwich that was unavailable, the woman refused, stated yelling in her native language and demanded my daughter and her boyfriend leave... I immediately called the store, as soon as I asked why would you charge for a sandwich that you don't have and refuse to refund, she started speaking in another language and hung up on me, and didn't answer the phone the ready of the night as I tried calling back from 4 different phone numbers

Everytime I go in here this bitch got a attitude. Not only that she lied about having wheat bread and when she found some it's stale. My sandwich has a weird taste to it. The service I get everytime I come in here is TRASH just like this sandwich

I would give this place a big negative rating if I could. I actually called the board of health after what I experienced here this afternoon. This would have to be the most disgusting experience I have ever had anywhere I was eating my sandwich and all of a sudden I heard someone having a violent coughing fit. It happened to be the woman behind the counter who was not even making an attempt to shield her mouth. Then she proceeded to spit the contents of her coughing fit into the garbage can right behind the counter. After witnessing this I proceeded to take the remains of my sandwich to the counter and asked for at least half a refund after what I have just witnessed. I did eat half of the sandwich before I lost my appetite. They informed me that they could not do that. I plan to tell everyone that I know not to go to this Subway.

I'll have the Spicy Italian with a side of Fruit Fly...wait, fruit fly...no. That's basically what I got when -for what ever the reason (oh, wait. I remember why: laziness)- I ordered said sandwich. Well, the fruit fly part I didn't notice (or hear about from my wife) until we sat down. Her telling me how she saw some of them behind the glass with the bread was kept when I happen to mention how I saw them along the window where we sat. Why she didn't say anything before hand is beyond me, but that's alright. This isn't the first problem we've had with this Subway. The two of usually avoid it, but like I stated before we were lazy at finding someplace else and we were hungry. Normally when we use to come here the owners or whatever they are behind the counter love to talk about you or anyone else that happens to be there in their native language. And before you ask how do I know, trust me, you can see it their eyes as they look at you, so it's pretty obvious what they're doing. And with that said (language), if you're going to take orders and/or work the register please know how to speak English and some hobson jobson that you try to pass for it. I don't what it is about the 'burbs of Chicago, but businesses around here love to put people in that position who can't speak the language. So, in other words, don't bother with this Subway. There food sucks as does the service. Zero stars.

So, my son likes there one specific type of the sandwich and this is the only food we order there for last few months. They know us there . So today it was a new girl. She did not know what type of bread they do or don't have. After that when I ordered shredded cheese on the sandwich she put just a few sprinkles- I could literally count how many there were. I ask to add some more- she added few more pinches. It still was almost no cheese on the sandwich, so I ask her to put like regular amount of cheese on the bread ( like they always do). She wasn't happy , but added some more. Still not even a half of the regular. And guess what- she charged me for 2 extra cheese additions. Wow! Last time buying there. These extra $2 is not an issue, but it was still less everything then normal.

This is one of the most stingy subways I have ever been to. The lady who is always there over charges for sandwiches and is stingy on ingredients. If I could give this restaurant a zero I would !!! Its such a turn off to be over charged and treated like you're not a dedicated customer. For now on I will go an extra mile to drive to jimmy johns, potbelly's or any other sandwich shop before I go to this one again! I would rather eat McDonalds cheeseburger before I go here. HELL Pete's market is right behind this location, even they treat you better!! As a matter of fact I'd rather make my own subway sandwich and before you go to this location you should too!!

Previously, I would have rated this location (10270 S. Harlem Av., Bridgeview, IL) with a "5" BUT... I don't care for this new owner these last 4 months or so. She needs to learn how to talk to customers in a nicer manner as well as work on her kindness toward her staff in the presence of customers! Since she has been there... both men and women have to share the same washroom because she claims the men's room is "out of order." Really? It was always fine and working BEFORE she came! NO bathroom is out of order all the time! We're NOT stupid! If you want a fountain drink and you don't drink soda, forget about ice tea from the container (that used to be) next to the fountain drinks. She took that away too! Better pay the higher price for a bottled drink from the cooler because that will be your only option! Employees leave. I hope the current crew lasts. Oh yeah, sometimes you cannot sit where you used to or where you prefer because the chairs will be all turned up on the tables in a large section but I only noticed that on the nights the owner works. Otherwise you can sit pretty much where you'd like evenings when she isn't there! So sad... as this is one of the cleanest subways I've frequented. Did I mention how SLOW she works waiting on customers... because she is...very SLOW?! The employees seem more relaxed when iron maiden isn't around. She tenses up the atmosphere. I can only imagine what they go through since she became owner. I have stopped going there on a regular basis like I used to. It's not the same atmosphere anymore. The staff is still very nice & professional but you can feel their spirits have changed if you're sensitive. If and when I go, I do it when she is NOT there! Franchise owners: Send in a surprise... a male and female who can pretend to be "customers" and you'll see EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Tell the male to ask to use the bathroom and watch him end up in the women's washroom! Lol

I wish there was something positive to say about this dump, but there isn't. The place sucks, period. The food is terrible. I have often ordered from here before work and have found that the food is either overcooked or undercooked. This ruins my day as I have to work for 8 hours before I can go to a good place, or shell out 10 bucks on delivery for good food from Jimmy John's up the street, or other places. The workers don't care about the quality of their work and have difficulty communicating in English. They just throw together the food without a care in the world about its presentation and do so in a matter that is rather off putting to a customer. I mean come on. When you order a combo and pay with a card, they do two transactions one for the sandwich or pizza and the other for the 2.20 combo addition and they do this without explaining it to you, so they could quite easily be screwing you out of money- buyer beware. The place is a mess. On top of the workers careless would it hurt them to clean the place. I attempt to eat my lunch before work and all the tables are filthy and the bathroom is disgusting. Do they do anything? Yes, they talk to each other and chat away like nothing is wrong. This place sucks; avoid it at any cost. If you have a car drive to Jimmy John's in Palos Heights, or if you have 3.5 extra take the 386 South there. You will not only get excellent food at Jimmy John's, you will get great service and I can only imagine a cleaner store (I would not know, I just order delivery).
