I went to Taco Bell today and ordered a hard shell taco supreme. I took one bite and noticed a long black hair. I took it back to have it replaced and the lady who originally made it took it and threw it away. She made me another one. The problem I have is it's disgusting and they don't wear hairnets just hats . And she didn't even apologize. Not sure if I'll order from here again. They have to do better! This is our food that we're purchasing from them.

I get drive-thru orders from here so I have not been inside the restaurant. ATMOSPHERE/ARCHITECTURE: N/A/10 Never been inside. SERVICE : 6/10 Average. I don't really have any problems with it although to be honest, sometimes the drive-thru is somewhat slow. I think there is only one person manning both inside and outside so this may be the reason. FOOD: 7/10 I think the food here is decent. I have had better Taco Bell but still, overall, it's largely similar in most places that you go. Here are some items that I have had. Chicken Quesadilla - Standard quesadilla with chicken for those that don't want red meat. Steak Quesadilla - In my opinion, this is the better of the two quesadilla meat options. Crunch Wrap Supreme - My favorite Taco Bell item there is. Crunchy inner shell with a toasted soft shell wrapped around it and filled with your normal taco filling. This is the best of Taco Bell in my opinion. You NEED to eat this. Hard/Soft Shell Taco Supreme - The standard taco and depends on your preference. I like the supreme because of the addition of sour cream. PROBABILITY OF RETURN: 7/10 I've been here a few times and don't really see why I wouldn't come back here if I wanted some Taco Bell. TO EAT OR NOT TO EAT: Worth a shot. OVERALL: 7/10

The whole staff sucks. Every time I come they're not capable of using their ears and getting an order correct. Hire somebody competent or pay your workers better, whatever the case may be. This location is trash and so is everyone in it. I asked specifically for no lettuce and extra spicy ranch, to just open my bag to extra lettuce, no spicy ranch. Good luck to any of them in a real job one day.

25 years ago I loved their Big Steak Burrito Last Sunday I tried what I thought would be similar.it was the biggest they had. A XXL Grilled Burrito with Steak. Not so good!!! Very little steak No Avacado or cheese I could taste....mostly beans with pico de gallo! Very disappointed and sad!!!!

I'm very pissed off I only have 25 minutes for lunch I come here around 5 o'clock and I see the guy standing there looking at me I wanted to order and then he takes a drive-through order instead of me when I was there for standing in line so here I am waiting five more minutes when he's the only one that's there then I don't know where to African-American employees come out from the back Outaa know where and then one of these African-American employees is the one that serve me this is a really nice way to take care your customers. No sorry no nothing and the kid that stain in the drive-through she took care of me when you knows clearly that was then and there way before he even got somebody in drive-through. Great way to waste my lunchtime waiting for somebody there to do there f{%{^{ job. As a senior advisor I recommend not to come to this place anymore

The food was great when compared to all the other locations in the Chicagoland area. Yes that says a lot! The food was fresh and well put together, usually with taco bell it is a mess. The cashier (Omar M)offered me the grande meal as a cost saving measure (6 soft shell/4hard shell tacos) which will make me come back in the future.

Outstanding customer service every single time. The guy I usually see man the drive through late night is a great human being. Food is consistent and as always delicious. All you 1 star haters expecting a Rick Bayless experience from a fast food chain need to get a grip. You spent $7 not 70.

Unsanitary I wouldn't eat from here as I was waiting to order noticed the food preps where touching everything with gloves on but never changed them from answers cell phones to actually playing with his hair and never changed gloves I brought it up to the manager he struggled his shoulders so I left I just wanted a quick bit after work so much for that ideal

Why go to Taco Bell ? Because it's reliable , fast, convenient, and the flavor and quality is consistent ...the way a franchise is supposed to work . I stop here because I don't want to experiment with a random wannabe Taco joint and end up disappointed. It will hit the spot and keep me going through my workday.
