The Jam Lab! What a unique and hidden gem! We recently hosted my daughter's Sweet 16 party here and it was magical! Several of our guests commented what a cool and unique venue it is. Since it was a warm night, they opened the garage door and our guests were able to use the patio as well. We put backyard games and some extra lighting out there and it was perfect. In addition to entertainment provided by the DJ we hired, my daughter and her band performed on stage. What's great about the venue is that it's a blank canvas and you can design any kind of party or theme you want. It's the perfect spot for kids, teens and adults. Rachel Millas, the events coordinator, was tremendously helpful and accommodating, both leading up to the party and during the party. Colin, the owner and engineer, was also great to work with. I would definitely consider hosting another event here in the future.

The Jam Lab is the place to host a live set and or event. I had the pleasure of utilizing "The Lab " for my 50th Birthday /Book release party and from Rachel the event coordinator to Jerry the Legendary engineer and Colin (owners ) the experience was impeccable and professional!! I wish that I could send this review a million times. My guests , singers and band are already asking for us to return to this location in hopes to run the set and host at this location again. The chances of finding this gem location right in my backyard was a dream come true and as much as I'd Love to keep this place a secret for my own personal use lol "The Lab" deserves allll the business and bookings it can hold.. My wife just threw me the most epic 40th birthday party here and I'm still in awe. What a hidden gem! I'm a huge NBA fan and wanted to have a draft night party theme with red carpet, glam decor, outdoor area for games (beer pong, cornhole, etc.) and most importantly - a great sound stage for large group karaoke. Rachel Millas (event coordinator) and Colin Peterik (owner) were absolutely fantastic to work with, they made sure everything ran smoothly and were super professional and proactive. Our guests kept asking "how did you find this place?!" - and the answer is my wife found it on Yelp. So, I'm writing this review so that the great folks at The Jam Lab get WAY more business. We brought our home karaoke machine in for a test run a few weeks in advance of the event so that Colin could make sure it all worked smoothly. I also brought a 42 inch TV so that we could connect it to the machine via HDMI and the folks in the audience could sing along too. They have a large stage with 4 mic stands, but we honestly had up to 8 people up there at once singing their hearts out (with some liquid courage, of course). I've done karaoke at many swanky private room lounges before, but this was a whole new level of experience. We also set up a red carpet area for pictures and the venue's photobooth room was incredible as well. Having the outdoor space for people to get some air, play some games, eat in a more relaxed manner, etc. was a game changer. I will say that because 47th St. is under construction, it's very easy to miss the place and the understated building exterior is not at all representative of how beautiful the space is inside. They usually can reserve the parking lot of the business next door to handle even large events (we had 70+ people). But regardless of what you need, Rachel and Colin will work with you to make it happen.

What a hidden gem. Last night I had the pleasure of being at the H Foundations 2022 Goombay Bash Launch meeting. Jam Lab- by its name would make you thing you're going for breakfast and some really special homemade Jams. But no, this creation by Colin Peterik is so many things all in one spot. A big open raw space, flexible to fit your needs. It also has an open back yard for seasonal summer gathering. We were lucky enough to catch Jim Peterik and he treated us to some of his hits. If you're planning a party or specials event, product launch, have a band and need someplace to record, then Jam Lab is your place and Colin, and his team can get it done.

I was lucky enough to attend an event here. By day it functions as a working recording studio and practice space but they also host events here. Driving by it looks non descript but they really did a nice job on the interior. I got to see a live performance by Jim Peterik - a local legend!

This place will blow your mind! I had a big 40th birthday party here and it was better than I could have ever imagined. The space is so awesome- such a cool vibe with a phenomenal outdoor space. The owner, Colin, is so easy to work with and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. I have lots of family and friends that live nearby and they couldn't believe that this place was here and none of them knew about it. I am not exaggerating when I say that during my party and since then, at least 20 people have said it was one of the best places to have a party and that they want to throw one there someday. We also had a band play during the party because the space is so great that you can't throw a party here and not have live music!

We recently had my daughter's 16th birthday party at the Jam Lab. What an awesome venue for a party. There's a great stage if you want to use a band or DJ. There plenty of room to have over 100+ people there. The space has a cozy lounge like quality about it. It was clean and well taken care of. The owners were professional and easy to work with. The Jam Lab also has recording studios and is frequently used by musicians but definitely consider it for weddings, grad or Birthday parties.

I am an event planner and hosted a client's 40th birthday party at Jam Labs this past weekend. Can't say enough about what a great experience we had. Colin, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and went out of his way to make sure our event was perfect. Guests didn't stop commenting the entire night on what a unique fun space it was. Beautiful outdoor space and you won't find a better stage/music setup. Will definitly recommend to future clients.
