Great place. Love the new remake and makes you feel at home. Great neighborhood spot where you can walk in, get a beer and feel right at home. The staff is great and welcoming.

Visiting from California, stopped in for a beer on my way to the dinner. Sat and spoke with the bartender. Love this place! My new go to grab a beer with friends when I'm in town visiting family.

I really didn't want to post this review because I want to keep this place to myself. However, the owner and staff are truly amazing; they always make you feel welcome. Overall, my experience there was fantastic--it's definitely my new favorite bar for the weekends.

This place is not too bad when crowded with people after a Chicago Fire game lets out down the street, and patrons from different areas are mingling. But on any other given night this place is what would be classified as a really big dive. Not that I'm complaining, for I am a frequent patron at local dive bars. But when some of the regulars start acting up, there is no one willing to put them in check. So it's a constant stop for the local police who are always breaking up fights. This place does have really friendly bartenders, which is a definite plus, along with very good beer specials both during the week and on the weekends.

Upon parking in the back I was immediately creeped out by this place. You walk from what looks like a back of some shady dwelling and the front is the bar of this house structure. The patrons of this bar are from some biker horror movie. I was really surprised there was people like this in Illinois. The place is a dive and as scary on the inside as on the outside. A small bar with a back I dared not to venture into even though I heard a pool table. I had seen enough of the front to classify this bar as bad. The beer seemed stale and the service was slow. This is as worse as it gets in the area.

I happen to disagree with Michelle H. I have been to this local tavern several times after Fire games and concerts. The owners are a family unit. I know that there is an older guy that they called Wild Bill who seems to be the intimidator and primary owner that gave me free parking instead of paying the $20.00 fee at Toyota park if I brought the 4 of us back to the Krash to have drinks afterward, which we did. The crowd was a riot and wild Bills wife invited us back on Sunday to have a free Sunday drink. We never made it back the following day because we didn't leave there til very late on saturday. But we all love this place and have been back lots of times and I recommend this place to all.
