I ordered a double cheeseburger and received a single burger. Service was terrible drive thru kids are rude. If you don't want to work find a different job or go to school.

Ok so our journey to Wendy's today started from the mobile app we placed an order for a different location near us so the mobile app said the close at 6:30pm so we ordered at 6:13pm and we drove and arrived at 6:20pm to pick up. They told us with out opening the window with a hand signal no we are closed so I told them come to the window to explain the situation I was charged already and that they don't close till 6:30pm so the employee started cussing at me with a crazy attitude super unprofessional and started to yell at me and I tried to calm him down but he didn't so then the manager came by and tried to calm him down and make him leave but looked like he wanted to fight so I let him know I'm right here and now I will talk back to him. The manager then was collective and so was I and tried to fix the issue which couldn't be corrected so she asked me to come back the next day to refund my money but that's an inconvenience because now I have to wait time and fuel to go back there again. So we left drove a bit far out of our way to the next Wendy's which is this location and upon arrival we ran into the manager there Angel super nice professional and friendly told us can you drive through and place your order please the lobby is closed because we had started to walk to the lobby so then we had a longer conversation out side of Wendy's and he heard our story and apologized for the situation we had been going through because an employee that don't even work in his location. Angel treated us really nice and was great above and beyond to be honest because of him we will rather drive out of our way to get great service by Wendy's he deserves a standing ovation. He didn't have to be that nice to us at all but he took it upon him self to do so because he said even though that's not our location I feel bad you guys had to drive far and got treated bad by a Wendy's employee and that should've not happened at all. That's why I'm giving this location 5 starts if I could give or rate them 10 I would

Their ice cream machine is apparently always broken somehow . I guess they're competing for who's ice cream machine breaks more , McDonald's or here .

Got the Parmesan Caesar salad ..... with no dressing. That's literally the best part... just sitting here disappointed and the last time I came they gave me all my food except for my sons , I would've preferred that they forgot mine not my poor kiddos

Very unprofessional staff. When trying to place my order the girl at the window was going back and forth between the window and the counter inside joking with coworkers and other customers. She kept saying she was listening to me place my order, which was not the case as I am missing 3 items from my order. The food we did receive was poorly thrown together (burgers and chicken wraps).

The person who takes the money is very unfriendly. I was there last Friday at around 6:30. Also, she took my money once before and did not give me the change which was owed to me. I could not get her attention as she was on her phone. There are many choice of fast food places. Perhaps this person needs some information about customer service. The people giving you the food are quite polite.

First you couldn't tell me if your fries and chicken nuggets contained any dairy, you told me to go online and look it up myself. Okay, I did. But pretty sure you could have easily found out for me. Then when we got our salad we found a spider in it. Gross!

They can't seem to listen to basic instructions please stay away and go somewhere else, this play is not worth your time.
