This place....oh my! It was like a transient place and reeked of drugs. The rooms (had 3 for us) had pet hair all over and in my room, hair in the refrigerator!! Dogs barking loudly as you walked down the hallway. We dared not walk alone to the car or even to the lobby. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe. We read the reviews prior to staying, however it was very misleading. It was so bad, that we decided to leave and dude at the front desk didn't ask any questions and didn't seemed surprised!

My parents stayed here fora little less than a year .Suddenly when they informed them they were moving out, they went into their room and stole things. They informed them, their things would be in the garbage, however when they made it back to retrieve their items, the room had been ramshacked. The only decency they had was to remove my grandmother's urn from the room. They stole devices, toiletry items, mattress pads, cups of change, and other things. All of this was done on the day of payment. They had no business entering their rooms. I feel since they knew they were moving out, they took advantage and suddenly became rude af. Do not recommend these thieves!!

Not bad for the price. For it to be an "extended stay" type of place the beds aren't that great. The rooms are pretty decent in size. They have kitchenettes BUT no cook wear, plates, cups or cutlery. You can get plastic cups at the front desk, in fact you gotta get extra towels and stuff there too. The front desk staff isn't 24 hrs so make sure you get what you need before they shut down. No blow dryers and the water pressure is somewhat low for me. But for what you pay, it's not horrible. Ample parking and it's a short walk or drive from most restaurants and entertainment. Staff was nice. Oh yea.. got bit by a spider the first night but.. what can you do? *Shrugs*

It's a brand new hotel! This hotel is more ideal if you're staying somewhere more long term than short term. The hotel is beautiful, small, quaint and full of amazing amenities! Individual nights are quite pricey! There's no pool but it has a small fitness center. The people here are pretty sketchy and shady. The hallway corridors reek of drugs. Ample amount of parking but there's always that feeling of someone keeping their eyes on you while your away from your vehicle.

Around the corner from this place is a beautiful hotel park, restaurants, new and clean hotels, it's beautiful!! I wish I would of stayed there! This specific Woodspring is dirty, front desk is only open specific hours each day, if you need a towel or toilet paper you better come between those hours or front desk is locked up tight, no employees anywhere to be seen. Their cancelation policy is, "we keep your money". In the small print they state that they can enter your room at anytime, wether you are present or not and I know they have entered my room without me being present. Beware of this style hotel and these types of employees. A hotel employee should make someone feel warm and welcome... These employees do the exact opposite. My opinion, clean house and start new!! Only reason this place has guests is because, unfortunately they have to live here!
