Who would have thought it would be hard to find an open restaurant on Christmas Eve? Aba was open and took reservations. We arrived mid-afternoon. Entry is a little deceiving as you need to take the elevator. When the elevator doors opened, we knew right away we made the right choice. We were greeted, our reservation was confirmed, and we were seated quickly. The restaurant was lush with trees and green plants with tables nicely spaced. Our server knew the menu we'll. It was suggested we order dishes to share - a couple of items each. We went with salad, brussel sprouts, chicken thighs, and Halibut. Oh my, what a treat. There was no room for dessert, but we were very much tempted. We loved the atmosphere - calm and quiet with soft background music. A great value for the cost. It was a fantastic dining experience!

We absolutely loved our brunch at Aba. We enjoyed the hummus, whipped feta, and the lamb and beef kebab. We also had two cocktails. The food was incredible! And the drinks were beautiful and tasty! Highly recommend this spot!

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Chicago!

All of the appetizers we ordered were absolutely delicious. The Muhammara is an item which is worth going to Aba alone for! I highly recommend the spreads and hummus as all are extremely good. Service was quick and extremely kind as well. A very relaxed atmosphere with many birthday celebrations! For desserts, their sticky date cake is very flavorful and has a soft yet crunchy texture so another must order!

One of the best places I’ve visited in Chicago!
Delicious food, great service and cozy ambiance. My server Alysia was super helpful and had made our anniversary celebration absolutely special! It was really nice and thoughtful of her.

-The hummus with the pita was the best thing ever

-I didn’t care for the crispy potatoes though

-This restaurant does the small plate thing. The food comes out when it’s ready and the idea is to share with the table. I went with one other person and four plates was plenty for us.

-The place is obviously beautiful, service was rear, and the food came out quickly.
