Oh. My. Word. What an incredible experience. The fish was so fresh and flavorful. The dishes were so creative and exotic; lovedddd the dessert. The chefs are all so knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Truly just a five star experience. Highly recommend going. We had the absolute best time and will be back.

I went to Aji for my first Omakase experience and was delighted. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was amazing. Their attention to detail is impressive and our server Kristian made sure we felt at home. The rolls were impressive and different than anything I have tried before. Stop by to watch    Incredible chefs create delicious works of art right in front of you!

My girlfriend and I were visiting from out of town for a week and wanted to try some of Chicago’s best bites. This was our first omakase experience and Chef Kristian and the team made it very special. Each course was better than the last and the whole team was happy to answer questions about the sushi / Ingredients and any restaurants they recommend in town. The drink pairings were great. It was a delicious and memorable evening! Would definitely love to visit Aji in the future.

Amazing experience. Very clean, intimate, and esthetic. Chefs and host were all very accommodating, personable and knowledgeable. Everything tasted fresh and perfect. Highly recommend.
