Really enjoyed the space overall, tables were unfortunately very on top of each other in some sections. Menu had a mix of very classic cocktails and a few one-off twists. Wasn't blown away but also didn't have any complaints. Be prepared for the downtown cocktail prices.

Great first experience at Bisous. Really relaxed environment that also feels welcoming and brings a nice mood. We went before dinner so it wasn’t too busy. They had some great booths along the way that were mostly filled but we decided for the bar. Bartender was very helpful and knowledgeable. The old fashioned style drink was amazing and so was the food we enjoyed. Strongly recommend. My goal is check out late night as I’m guessing a totally different vibe.

Great cocktail bar in Fulton Market. There is often a line but when I visited it moved fairly quickly. Would recommend the pink squirrel (dessert cocktail)

Stopped by Bisous on a Sunday evening as a solo traveler new to Chicago, and was thrilled by an incredible cocktail, amazing service, and artsy atmosphere. The times I've been in bars alone are always hit-or-miss, but the bartenders and hostess at Bisous made sure I was taken care of, with smiles and great, genuine chat. There's always something to look at, with great art on the walls, beautiful glass lamps, exquisite behind-the-bar setup and the soft sound of French music from the speakers. The menu is diverse and inventive, with a short but varied wine list and creative but balanced cocktails, plus various other spirits. I did a bartend's choice invented on the spot and it matched my mood perfectly--a Boulevardier riff with lemon bitters, deep and complex yet bright. The staff even granted me a glass of bubbles on the house! Next time I'm in Chicago, I'll definitely be back for food...and the best cocktails and best hospitality! Stop by this new place in the Fulton market district this past week and had a couple of their tasty unique cocktails and grabbed a few of their cold bites. It's got a cool dark interior very sexy great for a date night not so great for large groups but it is doable for a larger group. I love the decor I love the servers and their knowledge and I thought their very small menu of accompanying appetizers worked well. One thing to know this is not a place to eat this is a pre-dinner drink meeting place or an after dinner stop by.  It's got a very bistro brassier feel to the place but with excellent drinks vs food.  Please know this is not an inexpensive cocktail bar be prepared to drop some money here not as much as The Aviary but comes close. I'll be back as the seasons change as they will be updating their cocktail menu I'm not sure on how often but I'll stop by since it's right in my hood.
