They specialize in Korean style fried chicken, moist, hot and crispy. All versions have the sweet soy glaze taste, the hot is pretty hot and will make you sweat. Bulgogi steak rice was ok, was not a fan of the chicken katsu. This location is definitely better than the suburbs. Denver location was the worst one yet.

We stumbled upon Bonchon on a busy Saturday night when everywhere else was packed. The Takoyaki was decent but lacked the flavor I've experienced elsewhere, leaving me wanting more. Our pork belly bao buns featured a thick cut of meat and soft buns. For my entrée, I chose the soy garlic fried chicken sandwich—a hefty portion with tasty sauce and a particularly enjoyable slaw. The accompanying fries were unremarkable. My buddy enjoyed the chicken katsu he got. The restaurant's atmosphere is minimal, catering more to quick meals. Service was prompt, with food arriving swiftly. While I wouldn't go out of my way for Bonchon, it's a suitable option when pressed for time and in the vicinity.

This was my first time in America having chicken katsu, I would always have it in malaysia and I swear the taste of this katsu taste as much better as the one I tried in malaysia. They are so well perfect and cooked so good that every bite tasted like perfection.

I had high hopes for this place because I loved a restaurant by the same name in California, this place had none of the same skills for frying chicken. Ordered 9pcs mixed fried chicken half original half spicy, on a Saturday 1130am with Uber Eats priority with extra fees because timing really matters with fried food. Very disappointed. By tracking on Uber Eats the order was around 20mins to prepare and the drive was 10mins to get to me). Chicken was extremely dry as if it was fried a long time ago , and not even brined/seasoned with salt at the minimum before frying, so the meat was tasteless.  The spicy sauce does taste the same as the California store.
Unless the store is not a real franchise as the California store, this brand does have the recipe to make delicious fried chicken. It would seem to me that the original recipe was not followed which has been how many great restaurants fall. Cannot recommend.

Ordered a small COMBO (6 wings and 3 drums) in Korean BBQ sauce with picked radish to go. The personnel were nice and the food got done quick (15mins) even though it was busy. Went back to the hotel nearby and enjoyed these bad boys with a nice cold beer. The chicken was pretty good. The pickled radish didn’t have any sweetness to it.
