Open on Christmas day, and only a 20 minute wait for a 6 top. Excellent service, fun & festive atmosphere, amazing food with very large portions. This place is an absolute downtown Chicago must go. Their servers are fast, efficient, and professional. The food is expertly prepared and incredibly delicious. Get coffee! Don't sleep on this place. I promise it's worth the wait and worth the money. You for sure will leave satisfied.

Roz was at the front desk watching the people waiting to eat. She suggested the turkey burger which was echoed by three other staff members. We went with the Reuben, the Salami valor, latke platter, pickles, and an unbelievable carrot cake. 120% we would eat here again and happily wait the time to get a seat

It’s like 5 mins walk from our building and I walk past by it all the time and I can’t believe we visited it the first time only recently. We were there a Sunday morning around 9 and it’s already mostly full. We were luckily to get a table in 5mins. Love the decor, very cool and retro. We had the French toast and the harsh bowl. Both tasted great. The craft root beer was also great. Service was very nice and fast.

I am now a fan of turkey pastrami.  I took the half sandwich and half soup option for lunch. The sweet and sour cabbage soup was very tasty.  The sandwich was on rye bread, which was amazingly soft and tasty as well. The pastrami sandwich was very basic, with only the meat bread and cheese.l served. You add on your own condiments.  The iced tea is delicious and the atmosphere is fun.  I love the music selection.

Walked in on a weekend took a while to be seated, but once we were sat down or order was taken and our food was brought to us quickly. Everything tasted so good, the pancakes are so thick, like eating a mini cake. The house potatoes are so good,  seasoned just right a must have. Everything is worth the price and it is pricey.
