We discovered this amazing restaurant on Google Maps and immediately made a reservation. Let me tell you, it was totally worth the visit!

The restaurant boasts a stunning view of the main streets, surrounded by skyscrapers that create a spectacular backdrop. The service was impeccable, with William as our server excelling at his job and even adding a touch of humor to our evening. Started with grilled beets salads. It was great. My filet mignon was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with charred asparagus. Both my husband and daughter raved about their delicious spaghetti with meatballs, made with the freshest ingredients.

Although we planned on indulging in dessert, we were all so full that we decided to save it for our next visit. Yes, we loved it that much! If you ever find yourself in the area, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed!

My partner and I had reservations for Valentine’s Day. Everyone was so hospitable and sweet. I can’t believe the staff all wears white and manages to keep it clean throughout a shift. It’s like a magic trick, really lol. We had the Arancini, the filet mignon, and their New York strip. Everything was wonderful. I was very impressed with their Canal mocktail option. My partner loved the knowledge of our server for the wines and the food suggestions. He was really lovely. I wish his name didn’t slip my mind but I’ll include a pic of us incase he remembers taking the photo. He deserves some credit as he worked very hard and was very great. We enjoyed experiencing Chicago for the time we were there and out of all of the top restaurants we were suggested, this was our favorite! You can eat here for under $100 a person but for 2 steaks, 2 drinks, a starter, it was above that so I’d prepare for that unless you go and plan to budget.

Gorgeous inside such a beautiful view of the city. Focaccia bread is definitely a must get. Drinks were delicious. The sorbet was amazing and was a perfect size for two to share. We were served the wrong dessert at first and it took a little while to get our correct dessert. Wait staff was lovely, just didn’t come around as often as I was expecting or would have liked. Overall I would definitely return and recommend Gibson’s.

By far the best food and service ever received. Adam and his team went above and beyond to make me and my fiancés dining experience one to remember. The steaks were cooked to perfection, atmosphere is gorgeous, service was incredible and on top of everything. We couldn’t have asked for more!! We will return next visit into the city!

It's been a while since we've been here, but the food is exceptional. Husband took me to a birthday dinner. Exceeded our expectations. Steak, ravioli, baked Alaska. The baked potato had truffle on top - amazing. Location is on the water. We still talk about this place to this day.
