Used to go to one around the W. loop but they got issues now. So far no problems with this location, and the last time I was here the wings were a good size, plenty of fries and plenty of sauce. I hate when certain Harold's skimp on sauce or don't offer coleslaw. Unfortunately Harold's ain't cheap no more, but it's that flavor you crave that's worth the cost and so far this is a good location to try.

Today was my first visit to this location and I will be returning.
I got Perch and Dark Chicken, the Perch was crispy and seasoned very well. I wish there was a little more fish to my serving. The chicken was also seasoned well and also crispy. I usually get my sauce on the side but decided to go the Harolds way and have it on my food and bravo, ding dong my food wasn’t swimming in mild sauce. They did a great job of allowing me to taste the food. The only small issue I had was my fries were not cooked enough for me. Next time I will request crispy fries.
Oh and the Cole Slaw delicious but I wish they didn’t put my slaw on top of the hot food. I couldn’t eat it with my food it tasted cooked it was so warm. All in all I’m happy!!!

Great, the Best.  I am from Chicago and use to eat and also worked for Harold's chicken when I was younger.  The chicken was fresh & tender.  Loved the bread at the bottom with fries on top & then the chicken with the BBQ sauce.   One of the Best & Still tasting Great! 😊

I can't see myself ever returning to this restaurant. I was so disappointed, I have been there before it was alright, the last couple of time was BS. The small gizzards was not breaded, tasted like it was re-fried. The chicken I had to put it in the oven to cook it through. The young man could careless, he act like he wish I never bother him. When the young lady is there, it seems like she takes pride in make sure she give out quality food.
