We stayed at hotel EMC2 several weeks ago for 6 days, and it was so so nice very up-to-date. The rooms were kind of small but nice, I love fact the shower was in the middle of the room which is kinda neat. I’ve never seen that before, I didn’t have to get up to change the temperature of the room and control all the lights from the bed with the TV remote, that helps when you’re already snuggled up in bed. I love the location of the hotel because it was right off Michigan Ave and very walkable to a lot of a different places. We didn’t have to use Uber unless it was pretty far from the hotel!
The best part of our stay was my favorite front desk staff Jacquelyn she was amazing!!! She was very attentive, very sweet, kind and professional, she gave us a list of restaurants to choose from that was relatively close to the hotel which was helpful because this was my first time in Chicago.

Every encounter we at this hotel with nothing short of amazing, everyone was very kind very sweet. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping was amazing 10 out of 10.
Mr. Aubrey was very kind to help us obtain a taxi to the airport prior to our departure from the hotel. He was extremely helpful! We felt very welcome at this hotel, If you want to find a place that’s niche, clean and technologically up-to-date, with great service is the hotel for you!

My husband and I stayed the night for our anniversary and It was perfect! The staff was very helpful and so nice. The Bellhop, Aubry, was very welcoming and friendly. We also had an amazing breakfast! The waitress, Ming, gave us great service and at the end brought out a wonderful chocolate cake as a surprise to celebrate our anniversary! We love the location and our room was very clean! We would  definitely recommend and we are planning on staying again! Thank you so much for making our weekend special!

We switched hotels last minute and decided to stay at the Hotel EMC2. Our stay was fabulous! We were given an early check in, and always received incredibly quick service.

Carrie specifically was outstanding! She made sure anything we needed was taken care of. We will definitely be returning!

FYI for families: this hotel leans more on the romantic side, since the shower is in the middle of the room. There is a curtain that can be pulled to hide the shower! But this is perfect for a quick romantic get away, and right on the magnificent mile.

This feels like a hotel for artists. There are so many unique  features like the art in the elevator and beautiful carpet in the halls. Magnifying glasses over the room numbers, unique placement of the shower in the room, and a different backdrop on the bed than what I'm used to.

Stayed here for a night for my birthday. The hotel was clean, well lit, and staffed. Carrie was the absolute sweetest and was extremely accommodating. Jackie was another employee who brought hospitality and professionalism. All employees were friendly and welcoming. Even gave me some toiletries that I had forgotten. The rooms were clean and had a great vibe.
