Everything was so amazing here!!!! We had Gilberto as our server and he was so informative about every dish and you could tell he is so passionate about everything they serve! I came with my friends and we ordered a bunch of dishes as tapas and everything was SO AMAZING! You also have to try all the cocktails, my favorite was the pacific colada and Gil informed us that it takes close to 2 days to make the liquor they use in that! 10/10 best dining experience I’ve had in years!

I am visiting Chicago with a group of people from all over the country- we all agree that David is the best server we have ever had the pleasure of dining with! He knew details about the food items that weren't even printed on the menu, had great recommendations and incredible energy.
The food was just as David described- 10/10 on execution and presentation. The drinks were well crafted and balanced as well.
Thank you Kayao and thank you David for making our friend’s birthday celebration that much more special!

Food was wonderful! We ordered the short rib which was rich and delicious! Looks small but it was a heavy dish, so good amount for us. We also ordered the branzino which was light and delicious! Deboned and ready to eat! So good. Drinks are strong, but we enjoyed them. We sat at the bar on a Saturday night, we were well attended to and the bartenders were very nice with great recommendations! Will be back!

Excellent.

We went on a saturday, we had to make a reservation (it was very busy). The place js very intimate.

We started with a roll and with ceviche. Both were incredible. We went with a peruvian friend who said it was the best ceviche in Chicago and I agree with him.

Then we did octopus and a rice. The octupus was perfect. The rice was well done but did not surprise us. We finished the meal with the short rib which was the best dish of the night.

We tasted 2 deserts. Panna cotta was good if you want try something different (olive oil).

Everything came out very fast and we had excellent service overall.

Would go back !

Been twice and the only words too use are OMFG! This food is off the charts. It's different in all the best ways pushing you to new areas and new flavors. It's amazing and the service is amazing, explaining everything and how they make the food and pull it together!  The short rib is amazing, never touched water!
