You're not going to find a better hotel in Chicago at this price point. I travel a lot and am not really impressed with hotel experiences in the United States. This hotel is a great location for Chicago tourists, very clean, good amenities, and friendly staff.

Their customer service is top notch. Super friendly people. Doorman Antonio needs a raise.

I had a King suite. Very clean and spacious. There were two window seats in the suite with city views.

The water in the bathroom is filtered! So it was safe to drink AND the filtered water in the shower left my skin buttery soft.

They have great complementary coffee at an espresso bar in the lobby. The coffee is from a local shop Dollop Coffee Co. They also have free popcorn for a few hours each evening.

The location has great food within a few blocks, so walking distance. And it's centrally located so that you can walk to most of the most popular tourist stuff in the city. Rideshare vehicles come within a few minutes if you'd rather catch a ride.

Fashion Nails across the street is pretty good if you need a mani pedi.

We loved L7 and can't wait to come back. Everyone was so nice. Valet was easy. Antonio was an absolute stand out. He was friendly and attentive. He made coming and going from the hotel such a nice experience.  Our room was clean and spacious. The high ceilings were a plus. The bathroom was tastefully done and had great smelling soaps and lotion. We enjoyed the face masks and robes. The best part of the room were the window seats. We spent most of our room time there. L7 is well located - we felt within walking distance to everything. We had a great river view. The complimentary coffee station was excellent. And to top it off - the lobby was beautiful. Great restaurant inside the hotel and several closer by. We cannot say enough about our stay at L7 and truly are looking forward to our next visit. We couldn't have dreamed of a better experience.

Loved our stay at L7! Check in was quick, our room was cleaned and the view was great.  I loved how they surprised my husband I with a champagne bottle and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary.  Complimentary Coffee, water and popcorn in the lobby was very nice to have.  The rooms don’t have microwaves but if you request one they will take it to your room, which is another plus! The only thing is that I’m a light sleeper and I hear the train in the morning but it’s not too bad.  Overall I would definitely stay here again.  Thank you staff for making our stay wonderful!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Front desk staff were all amazing especially the woman who changed our room view for us 2/24/25! That was definitely a game changer, our view was so beautiful.We loved the room and the accommodations. The valet service was wonderful. Had a fabulous gentleman this morning 2/25/25, who went above and beyond helping us into our car.  We will be staying here again!

Amazing location! Close walking distance to so much - theater district, river-walk,
Millennium Park, museums, Magnificent Mile…. Staff all incredibly helpful and pleasant. The lobby is adorable, warm, and welcoming.  The rooms are large and spacious with really cute and comfortable window reading nooks.  Little design details all add up to a very enjoyable stay. Particular shout out to the doorman Antonio - always so positive and outgoing and friendly.
