Easily One of My Favorite Spots in Chicago

If you’re looking for the best all-you-can-eat Wagyu experience, this is the place. The quality here is insane—A5 Wagyu, fresh nigiri, tartare, and sides that actually matter. Everything is top-tier, and I honestly don’t know how they’re making money with what they serve.

The live fire grill at the table adds way more flavor than the usual hot skillet setups you find elsewhere. Every cut was perfectly marbled, fresh, and packed with flavor. Service? Smooth, attentive, and professional. The staff knows their stuff and keeps things moving without rushing you.

The vibe? Modern, sleek, and fun. Perfect for a night out or special occasion.

I’ve been to a lot of places like this, but Wagyu House stands out for quality, execution, and experience. One of my go-to spots in the city—highly recommend.

The food selection was amazing, we ordered the silver tier for their bbq, and we had a variety of sushi, hand rolls and meats. Our server Jinru was also super attentive and extremely accommodating. I enjoyed our experience for a date night!

It is a long-standing tradition to enjoy a special meal on a special day, but exceptional service is not always guaranteed.

However, my girlfriend and I truly felt like the stars of Christmas Eve thanks to the outstanding service we received here. Danny, who took care of our table, provided invaluable assistance in selecting our menu based on his experience and insights.

His professionalism and the sense of attentiveness he conveyed allowed us to enjoy a flawless holiday meal.

While the restaurant itself was both beautiful and impeccably clean, I am confident that the harmonious teamwork of all the staff, including Danny, is what makes this place a delightful experience for so many guests.

For the first time in my life, I was so impressed and happy with the service that we called the manager over just to express our gratitude.

Although we’ll visit this place again in the future, I’m certain our first visit will remain a cherished memory for years to come.

I sincerely hope others will have the chance to experience the same level of excellence we did.

This was my first visit to The X-Pot, and I was truly impressed. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Zack, was absolutely charming—attentive, cheerful, and always ready to help. He would check in to see if we needed anything and offered great recommendations throughout our meal.

I opted for the all-you-can-eat shabu option, and the wagyu beef was exceptional. Although I didn’t get to enjoy as much of it as I wanted (since I ordered plenty of appetizers to try a little bit of everything), the overall experience was fantastic. Next time, I’ll definitely try the grilled option. I can’t wait to come back!

Came here for the 1st time after seeing the restaurant on an episode of Married at First Sight-Chicago. Our server Juan was great. He explained things clearly, gave menu suggestions, and was very attentive. The food    was delicious and the cocktails were great. The entire experience was enjoyable and memorable.
