Absolutely horrible. Don't know how to put an order in... their system is always restarting. They can't fold a wrap. Their menu is half of what you'd get at a sit down. They messed up my orders twice now and tell me a manager isn't available and I can come back tomorrow and explain.

The amount of incompetent people in the work force is truly magnified at this location. Ordering ahead, with order in thier face and still cannot get it correct. DO BETTER

Not the best service. Walked in an employee is getting upset with customers. What was more frustrating was I had to repeat myself and the order 5 times before being placed. And I gave the coupon to the cashier for the bundle deal they had for the all American burger with was that meal and one free. Only got the one burger and asked about the other one the cashier was getting argumentative. Probably not going to come back to this place!!

The place had only been open a week, I ordered 3 wing bundles with fries. The food was cold and barely any sauce. They replaced the fries with tater tots without even asking because "they ran out of fries" won't be going back.

The service was the worst! I've never been to a facility that they don't even pretend to care for their job. I was waiting to get my order while the server was busy with the two tables that had their food already. She didn't could have pretended she was busy if the facility was full. When she took our drinks to our table she placed used napkins they are all wrinkled and dirty. I was waving her and the manager down to get a straw and nothing! I went to my car to get a tumbler to be able to have my drink( if the napkins were dirty I'm sure the cups were too) The manager saw me looking around waiting and he went into a cubby area to check his phone and stand there. I ordered wings to share and the sauce was wrong, (after my food was thrown in the table) she brings me the right ones and I get charged for them. She knew she was charging them as soon as I got up "yeah yeah I know the other wings are there" never have I left without tipping a server. This was the first time and I felt I needed a full refund. I had to wait until she was done giving her number to a table to get my check also.
