I bought 2 biggie bags and 2 kids meals for almost $40... very disappointed with the quality of the food.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I was there today to get some food for dinner, I ordered a family size chili for my family, and some frosties (for my family I was visiting). I do not live in midlothian/Crestwood, I was visiting family, and I live 30 min away. When I got home with the chili, it was nothing but sauce and beans. Their was absolutely NO MEAT! Disgusting!!! I didn't know I needed to check that before I left. So I called to make a complaint, 2 times, and they hung up on me both times before I could even say anything. For 16$ all I got was a bucket full of beans and sauce- DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The only positive thing I can say is that it is better than the location off of 111th and Cicero, and that the fries are quite good. Wait times in the drive thru tend to be annoyingly long. The dining area has been closed for a while (or at least from the last time I went to this one) despite the fact that practically every other restaurant in the area had theirs running just fine. There have been at least 2 incidents that ive had at this location where the chicken nuggets cave me a really bad stomach ache, and the soft drinks taste almost... watered down, in a way. Do not go to this Wendy's or the one on 111th, if you want a Wendy's that is at least decent, go to the one on 131st and Harlem, at least you wont puke from eating at that one.

Hands down the absolute BEST fast food breakfast spot! I have enjoyed every breakfast menu item! I do have a favorite though; the chicken croissant! OMG! Rich buttery soft bread is such a nice contrast with the crispy chicken AND bacon and then there is the maple butter! Like I said, hands down the BEST!

I came in today at 10:35 am to order a quick breakfast meal with my fam and the lady in the drive thru had the most disgusting attitude. The entire 2 MINUTES we were there her voice sounded very annoyed and rude. We had asked the lady if they were still serving breakfast and she said "yes" and when we gave her our breakfast meal order she had said "ma'am that's breakfast" in a very annoyed voice and we just drove off. I would not trust these employees with our food. The way this lady's attitude was, I bet she would let our burger buns fall on the ground and just put it right back on our burgers. Don't come here fr.

Arrived around 7:30am before a fishing trip and tried to go inside but the doors were locked. We ended up going through the drive thru and the lady speaking through the intercom was so patient with us while we fumbled trying to figure out our order. Once we pulled up to the window, the drive thru worker Ulla immediately apologized that the doors were locked due to being very short staffed. Despite being short staffed she gave us her favorite sauce recommendations and was just the sweetest all while getting us our large order quickly. As someone that's not a morning person, I genuinely appreciated how sweet and patient she was. In such hard times, sometimes all you need is an interaction like that :)

Terrible service we were at the drive thru for 30 minutes with messed up orders 1 baconator, daves single, 2 large fries and a medium vanilla frosty they gave us 2 medium fries, a dave single a pretzel bun baconator with PICKLES which was a wrong order and later on a vanilla frosty they also asked if we got our drinks when we never ordered any go to a different wendys go to a different Wendy's tbh

How difficult is it to get an order right? I ordered a large chili, a large fry, and a large drink. Somehow in their incompetence they gave me some pathetic excuse for a burger instead of the large fry. I tried to go on their website to fill out a review but I never got a receipt. So here I am. I will never go here again.
