This location is gradually becoming garbage especially with their partnership with DoorDash. If the drivers are not getting away with my food something will be missing from my order. My food tonight is missing two drinks.This has happened like 3 times in the space of a month. It's definitely unacceptable values from both companies. And the most frustrating part of it is that there's no form of established communication to these parties to cater for consumers complaints. It's a big shame.

First time trying wing stop and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the lemon pepper wings which is a dry rub and thus the skin remained crispy. I'd say the wings were slightly overcooked because the actual meat had little to no juice, but the lemon pepper seasoning made up for that. It packs a punch of flavor with citrus and spice, I love it! The Louisiana rub chicken was my boyfriend's which he loved. I thought it was good, but not as flavorful as the lemon pepper. The Cajun corn: I had high hopes for. It looked good, and while there was some cajun flavor, it tasted like it was missing something, maybe more salt? It would probably be delicious if I add a little butter since I'm home. The season garlic Parmesan fries: we ordered them cooked well. I usually like fries on the softer side, but I heard that wing stop fries need to be done well in order to not get soggy. Their well done, is def not well done- it's more like how you'd expect a fry to be- which is perfect for me! In any case, there was salt on it but no other seasoning and we had ordered garlic Parmesan. So that was disappointing. We both ordered tea. I had unsweetened while he had sweet. These were bad. It tasted like they used unfiltered water (it had a chemical or mineral taste) and the proportion of tea to water was not brewed properly. I'd definitely go back, but next time, I'll check my order to make sure things are seasoned correctly, and hope that the tea gets brewed better.

This place is totally awful. I've been waiting for a return on my wings which were disgusting for almost 3 weeks. I've called and they don't return my calls. I went in person and said they would handle it and have not. It's a dirty place. They don't clean their dinning room and doubt they clean anything in there. Go to the new Buffalo Wild Wings instead or anywhere else for wings. Just not this place.

This review only applies to Wingstop on 131st Cicero in Crestwwod, Illinois. I went today 5/14. Ordered the 8 piece combo .. if I didn't live so far away I would had taken the wings and fries back . If you didn't have high blood pressure now, once eaten you would had been on your way after eating there . Seems as though they dumped the entire container of lemon pepper on the items. I actually had to take a paper towel to wipe all of the seasoning off in order to eat that which I paid $15 for . This Wingstop will not be patronized by myself ever again .

Too greasy... your wings are left floating in grease. I asked them to drain the oil and they didn't! Mind you it was the dry rub wings. So why is it floating in grease????? They have nasty attitudes as well when you customize your order.

Placed an order at 2:45pm for 5:00pm pick up. Order wasn't ready until 6:00pm. Cashiers were useless as they kept saying they were working on my order. They tried telling me that without even asking for any of my order info. I won't be ordering from this joke if an establishment.
