I am a regular Hiawatha commuter. I'd rate that experience at a 4 over 20 years. But the Borealis? A one at best. Nothing this competent and courteous staff does can make up for the clear violations of ADA. Food, beverages, and snacks are available only by walking on the upper level across three cars. Restrooms have spotty cleanliness and repair. There is no place to dine on the train, except at your seat. Fine, if you can manage juggling food and beverages up and down stairs. How is this legal?

I am very angry and un satisfied with Amtrak! I paid 425$ for a ticket I needed to go to my sons graduation in New Mexico which was cancelled due to the corona pandemic and they only refunded me 240$ They are keeping 200$ I'm am very unsatisfied be careful using this service
