# Chipotle Mexican Grill – Fast-casual Mexican dining in Chicago, IL

Chipotle is... Chipotle. I like Chipotle well enough so the food was fine. What I like a LOT is that they have a "Chipotlane", which is not exactly a drive through but similar. You cannot place an order on the spot like at a drive through, but if you order online you can request pickup via the Chipotlane and drive up to pick it up (though I the app says that you're supposed to walk up, it's set up for driving up). Annoyingly, they still aren't really capable of getting things right. I ordered a kid's meal but didn't want the drink, and when I got there they asked about the drink and I said I didn't want that, just the meal and the fruit. So it was annoying, to say the least, when I got home and found that they'd added some apple juice, which ended up in the trash, instead of the orange, which my little one would have happily eaten.

They have made MASSIVE improvements. Tried this location last year when it was new and the guacamole had whole chunks of avocado in it. But I went again today and it really has turned around. Guacamole is made well, serving sizes are accurate, service is quick, friendly, and efficient. My only suggestion is to make it slightly cleaner. The station for utensils and drinks is off to the side and is kind of messy. The place is well lit, maintained, quiet, and has a decent amount of seating.

Yeah, won't be coming back here. I guess I won't trust these people when I asked if my drinks were in the bag or separately, and the girl said that it's in the bag. Probably my bad for not checking before leaving, but 15 minutes away later, checking at home, no sodas. Then again, checking the food, my burrito seems fine but my partner's tacos had flour tortillas and not corn. This is strike 2. Not gonna wait for strike 3, so it's my last visit to this store. And plus, waiting to pick up from the drive in took more than 10 minutes. Not a fan, won't come back, to both this location and Chipotle as it's too little in our food and too much on the price. Farewell.

This seems like a new location. I truly do believe service is the most important aspect of a restaurant, followed by its product. If it weren't for Mariana I wouldn't have left the review but she worked so quickly, made a great bowl, and was so polite and friendly, that she earned the 5 stars by herself. She most likely should be the manager. As I did notice currently the operations in the restaurant were quite slow and I could see Mariana quickly trying to combat the slowness of the staff around her.

So expensive, they barely put any food it's a scam. The only good employee is ebraham. Make sure to ask for him.

Place is dirty. All the tables were dirty. The food serving area was not very appetizing. Food was spilled everywhere. They gave me lots of rice and very little meat. First time here. " one and done"!

So I've been sitting here for 30 minutes having the salad and as I'm finding with about 50% of the chipotle locations there is no tea in the tea and I been vocal about this before and I see that nothing is changing across the organization. To make matters worse, I asked the gentleman working the cash register if we could get some more tea and he affirmatively acknowledged me but now 30 minutes later still nothing. I know it's not certainly the high margin high volume product like tacos orburritos or but as a loyal consumer and customer as well as a long time large shareholder this makes me very disappointed. The message doesn't seem to be getting across, but it certainly does get across down the street at raising Cane's where they have an 'iced t' the celebrity promotion for (wait for it), iced tea, and that has certainly been a driver for me to go to canes more frequently than chipotle. Maybe it's time to sell my shares and move over to cava orsweet green
