My original review hasn't changed, though I'll add that this is a very convenient McDonald's location if you just picked up a rental car from the consolidated facility at ORD and need something to eat right away. I was happy they honored the McD's app's deals, which not every franchise location does. For some reason, every time I eat here there's always one or two homeless/travelers sitting inside the restaurant or walking around near the parking lot.

The service is very nice. The products are overpriced for the amount you get at this point. For an airport food court, there are better options elsewhere. I recommend trying one of the other food places -- literally any other one.

Came here on Friday night after flying into O'Hare earlier that day. My family and I are staying at the Sonesta so it's a quick trip across the street. I ordered via the McDonalds app and surprisingly (not) they still got my order wrong. I ordered a Large combo, and realized when I got home it was a medium. My Big Mac was ordered with no sauce & onions, there were a little pile on the burger like someone forgot they weren't supposed to add it and just left it there. If I wanted that shit, I would've ordered it on my burger. So that's the food part. The real kicker is the young man working the night at the first window taking orders. Literally replied to everything with 1 word, mumbled, and had a very monotone voice. I pull up to the window, "Hello" Me: Hi, I have a mobile order. Him: "Code?" Me: Tells him code. Him: Next window I pull up to the window and I've already paid through the app. This dense person just looked at me dead in the eyes and said nothing and held up a thumbs up. I just stared right back at him and asked for my receipt. The most awkward and weirdest interaction in a drive thru I've experienced in a while lol.

Food dropped on floor? I requested a half sprite half water as I typically do for fast food. The worker responded with "it's a liability to me". I replied with do you work for yourself or McDonalds, because I order half and half everytime due to diet restrictions. That wasn't even the bothering piece of the transaction... I noticed additional seasoning on the cheese of my burger as if it was dropped on the ground in response to my convo with the window tenant. Never eating here AGAIN.

Went thru the drive thru - the employees were very nice & got exactly what we ordered! Perfection! The only negative is the tax that is charged. My order before tax was $5.40 - add $.60 for tax and that is over 11% tax!

This has been one of the weirdest McDonald's I've been to for a long time. I work in the area and I stop here once in a great while; the weirdness of how this place is operated keeps me from stopping here more often. It often takes several minutes to even get someone on the drive-thru intercom to place an order. Tonight I tried ordering a quarter pounder at the drive-thru. After several minutes of waiting a man finally came over the intercom and asked what I'd like to have; after placing the order I then had to wait a couple more minutes because the person in front of me appeared to have an issue with their order. When I got to the window I expected to see the man who took my order, but instead it was a woman, who had no idea what I ordered, so I placed my order a second time. Instead of taking my card (which I'm glad they didn't) the woman had the card reader attached to a metal pole which she stuck out the window so I could make the payment. A couple seconds after I inserted my card the reader said "approved" and I pulled my card out. A couple seconds later she tells me it didn't go through, stuck the reader back out the window and saw on the screen that it still said "authorizing". I brought this to her attention, she pulled the reader back inside, did something on the computer and stuck it back out the window with "reversing transaction" on the screen. I just said "nope" and drove off. It seemed way too fishy. It's also so bizarre how the person taking the order and the person actually giving you the food aren't in sync with each other even though payment and food retrieval is all done at the same window. I've had similar issues over the past few years at this location, but tonight with the card reader "issues" was extra weird. Don't go to this location.

I work in the area and often choose this location for the convenience. Alot of times when ordering the food isn't fresh, nuggets are cold , fries are cold and burgers as all. Alot of the staff members (not all) don't make customers feel invited especially a regular paying customer. I believe it starts with management and then workers who actually care for quality food to be served to customers not just throwing food in the bag to get a customer out the door.

This place has nothing but grouchy Hispanic people working early at 4 am. If they are not happy, then is time to look elsewhere. The audacity to charge over 10 bucks for breakfast, I rather go to ihop dennys or any pancake house where I get better treatment. I is fast food but who want to eat a cold sandwich:

I dont think I would usually write a review on a McDonald's, but here I am writing one anyway. My family and I walked from our hotel, Sheraton. The first thing I noticed was that there was a sign on the wall that told you to eat your meal in 30 minutes and leave. Yes, I do understand that sketchy people may loiter here, but how about customers? Also, the cashier I ordered from had an extremely thick accent and I had no idea what she said. I asked her to repeat it three times, but I think she got annoyed and gave up. My family and I ordered the Sausage Burrito, Hot Cakes, and a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin. I guess there is no such thing as a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin, so the cashier told me I couldn't order it, but I had no idea what she said and she eventually stopped trying to tell me it wasn't a thing so she gave in. I got my food actually pretty fast in less than 7 minutes. Sausage Burrito- I mean $1, what can you expect? The tortilla was pretty dry and the burrito was a lot smaller than I anticipated. The stuff inside kind of tasted like airplane food, but it tasted okay, not as bad as I expected it. The fake cheese actually tasted pretty good, and the egg was okay too. Hot Cakes- Ok, no. Hot Cakes are basically the same thing as pancakes right? It was not worth the price I paid. It tasted like nothing. Literally nothing. I had to dip it in the syrup in order for it to taste like something. Never ordering this one again. I ate 1 hotcake in two bites and would not get full from eating 3 hotcakes. Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin- I'm guilty saying that this is actually pretty good. Seriously, the fake cheese really made it good. The egg was questionable, but the bacon was okay. Overall, I probably would come here again, but I had no idea what the cashier was even talking about and I would order only the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin.
