We had the Cubano, BLTA, and Italian sandwiches. All were good! We wouldn't have minded if they were a bit bigger, but that's okay - the sandwiches were all under $10, and that's not bad these days. I like both this chain and this location.

I probably should have given more thought and consideration to other reviews mentioning that orders are wrong pretty frequently at this location. I placed an order for pick up and I left a 20% tip for the order only to find when I got back to my hotel room that one of the three items was missing. Wish I had checked the bag at the restaurant, but also wish that there was the option of leaving tip after the fact. I was able to call and get the price of the item reimbursed luckily, but it's like you can't really ask for a reimbursement on a tip that is awkward.

Classic Potbelly, and they do fine when it comes to making a sandwich. When we were getting settled after moving I ordered delivery and it came from here, and that worked ok except they didn't have the cookies that we ordered so instead of a refund they sent different flavors and some coupons for cookies. That was a crappy make-good, though, because the coupons required you to buy a sandwich in order to get the free cookies! So to recap, I paid for cookies that I didn't want and we didn't eat since they sent along replacement flavors (I mean... there's a reason that people order a particular item and not another one, right?) and then I had to pay them more money buying a sandwich if I wanted to use their coupon. To me, that equates to stealing my money.

It was busy and I get having to wait (weekend!) but after 20 minutes, I'm assuming the manager walked out into the store and said to all of us you need to add a 20 more minute wait because we have just gotten a big order so we're working on that". huh?? we debated whether to stay or go,, so we left and went elsewhere. I spoke with someone else.who was eating where we ate and they said where they work, they order from this Potbelly 2-3 times weekly. Last order they did not receive order after a couple of hours, so they called potbelly and were told by the manager and I can only assume it's the same guy, that they got a really big order and so theirs was going to be even later. Seriously. so they canceled the order and said forget it and have never ordered from them again.

This location delivered only half of our order to our office two weeks ago. They claimed they had no drivers to come back and deliver what they left off (after paying $17 in delivery and tip combined) When I got into my car to then drive there and pick up the rest, I got nothing but attitude after being really fair & fairly calm about it. Never again. No refund offered. No gift card for the trouble & error. No thanks.

They're nice. The food is good-ish. It's Potbelly. There's no question quality and options have gone down since it was bought by Private Equity... but it's still not bad. You won't be surprised about anything but this location is a good one. Go often with no problems.

We stopped in here because we were super hungry from our road trip into Chicago/Rosemont and it was across the street from our hotel. We attempted to drive, however the parking situation here leaves a lot to be desired. There were zero spots left anywhere in the lot, or around the side of the building. So, we went back to the hotel, and walked over. Inside, it's a pretty standard sandwich shop. Order what you want, while they make it, check out and sit down. It wasn't super busy so there was plenty of seating. Sandwiches are pretty standard as well. We both had the chicken club, as well as a lemon cheesecake cookie for dessert. The cookie was pretty great! It was decent. Nothing super great or super bad to note. A good place for a quick bite!

Thanks for the bread. We ordered 2 Bigs Meatball Sandwiches and there was barely any meat on them. Huge disappointment and RIP OFF! My total order was $31.24 I could have ordered a full slab and a half of ribs with a salad and au gratin potatoes from Mugs for cheaper and actually had meat! NEVER AGAIN POTBELLY!
