I attended a Marshall Tucker concert here on Saturday 12-02-2023, and it was my first time visiting this venue. For a casino show venue, it frankly wasn't that impressive, and smaller and less comfortable than I thought it might be. Granted Rivers Casino doesn't have much space, so maybe I was expecting too much. I would estimate the capacity to be about 700. It's in the ok category though as all of the seats are pretty close to an elevated stage. Marshall Tucker put on an enjoyable 90 minute concert of many of their long-standing hits and it sounded good there. Particularly good was super-talented Marcus Henderson who played the flute, saxophone, and keyboard and who is the key musician to the band's progressive country music sound. Oh, and he sings too! The seats are assigned folding chairs on a flat floor, so there is no incline. The legroom of the chair layout was good, but it was tight width wise and a little uncomfortable. There were two small bar stands in the front corners and I had myself a $12 Revolution Anti-Hero IPA and so it's like ballpark pricing here and not a surprise. The entrance doors are pretty close to slot machines and a bar so it can be a little congested upon entry. The ticket price we had was $50 and it's ok for that range, but I personally wouldn't pay big bucks to attend anything here.
