They mess up my order the cheesy garlic steak sandwich if I can give it 0 star I would I will never be eating here ever again on less if the offer to give me my order I did not get

If I could zero stars I would. They said they accepted one coupon but not the other even though both coupons were cut from the same paper. They put the wrong cheese on my order and just stared at me when I repeated I want pepper jack not american. When we walked in instead of greeting us they just stared. I also did not see them change gloves. Really weird vibe. I used the coupon they accepted took my sandwich with the wrong cheese and went to the subway in rosemont. At that subway they accepted the other coupon and gave us free cookies because it's free cookie Tuesday.

** Friendly Staff ** ** Super Clean ** When it comes to reviews of a place like Subway I feel like we all now what's up. We've at the least once been to one or catered at work or party. Unless I'm eating something new or different, a review on Subway, for me, is on the particular stores cleanliness and attitude of employees. This store in des Plaines had both, super clean store and friendly staff. Great job guys!

Closest Subway to me but not worth going to. They offer the smallest subs that's about as thick as an infants wrist. I'll always drive to a further location and avoid this place at all costs.

This location must changed owners and the new owners are the worst. The manager is not the manager as he first identifies himself. The employees do not ask how you want your sandwich, they make it how they want to. Cheese is extra in this store but not posted as such. I will pay the extra and they tell me I can not pay extra. Vegetables, such as onions, they can only place 4 slices of onion on a foot long and show you their sheet on their side of what the manager states that can put on. Foot long Ham and Turkey, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of turkey. They clearly are super cheap at this store with the new owners. When the employees talk to you, they talk to their feet and you can not hear what they say and you have to ask them to repeat themselves and they do not want to do that. No one in the store, and you are told you have to wait 5 minutes while they just stand there. The Subway app, they first claim they know nothing of the discounts at Subway.com, then it does not apply to their store, then it does but they don't accept what corporate states, then they do not know how the app works. Then you order online and customize at the counter but at the counter, they make it their way. Toasting for the sandwich is not something they ask about, you have to request it special and they want to charge you extra for that service as they do not know how to do this step. There are other stores nearby suggest everyone avoid this store and go to another Subway. This new owner should immediately BEG corporate to train him how to run a store, about what are the products, the app and how to hire employees.

I placed a mobile order my food was incorrect he said there is nothing he can do Soo now I'm stuck with the food that I want eat and having dispute thru my bank or an email...he didn't even ask why was wrong with the sandwiches or if he can add anything to them cheese and condiments would of been fine but they was racist with nasty attitude and could use some business etiquettes

Horrible customer service. I was coming in as an Uber driver. I waited patiently and when he asked what I would like to eat I told the guy that I am here for a pick up. He started going off about how busy it was and gave me attitude. I said if I have to wait I can but that's all you need to say not all this extra stuff. At the end I didn't not try the food and I will not try It. Very small place and not much seating.
