I just needed to come and share our experience with this service. Absolutely horrible! My friend was so excited about her big day that COVID almost ruined. The original hall canceled on her and there was fear that the church would not allow the ceremony. After finding a new hall and getting the green light from the church, you would think the last thing she would have to worry about was having herself and her bridal party stranded at the church! Everything turned into chaos when we were told we needed to wrap it up because the bus had another party to cater to. She was taken away from getting pictures taken at the church to go and handle this mess. She had a contract and they want to alter it after the fact? Who does business like that? They want to charge an additional grand? Again, who does business like that? SAVE YOURSELF THE DRAMA....BOOK ELSEWHERE

Keep looking. We bought the package that included exterior decor, champagne, beer and water. We only got the champagne. The DVD player also did not work, so we were unable to play the music video playlist a friend made for us. Additionally, the driver got lost trying to pick us up in the Loop when we got done taking pictures, causing us to arrive to our reception late. I get it. Stuff happens. As a company, when you get an upset customer, you apologize and try to make the situation right. My husband complained about the service; they were unapologetic, and the only consolation they offered was not charging us overtime for arriving to our reception a half hour after planned. (Yes, if you read the previous paragraph, you'll realize the reason why we were late was because their driver.) After our honeymoon, my husband and I began writing reviews for our wedding vendors. He gave them a poor rating on WeddingWire and Yelp. Shortly after, they called him, asking him to take down the review, saying they would charge us the $250 in overtime. He did not take it down, and later that day saw the $250 charge on the card. I work in public relations/marketing, and I have NEVER seen a more unethical social media strategy. Blackmailing your unhappy customers to pipe down is a new low. Thus, I feel a responsibility to share this story wherever I can to warn other couples. I don't doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews. I'm suggesting there might be more to W-Limo's story that they don't want you to hear.

***7/14/16 - The party bus we rented from W-Limo was one of the parts of our wedding we were looking forward to, where we could kick back and relax before the whirlwind that is the reception. Unfortunately, it was stressful and disappointing. Prior to the wedding, the service I got was excellent. We got a good price on the rental, and decided on getting the wedding package. The bus they gave us was pretty new and looked nice. The wedding package includes decorations on the bus, a bottle of champagne, a case of beer, pop and water. We were told the bus would fit 24 people comfortably. There are 4 tv screens on the bus hooked up to a DVD player. Again, everything prior to the wedding day seemed excellent! The bus showed up with no decorations on it at all. We got the bottle of champagne and that was it! Luckily, we had brought our own cooler along with us, so we weren't completely out of luck. It was a good thing we only took 16 people on the bus with us. We were all cramped together with no room to move. And we are mostly between 5'1 ad 5'7 and not big individuals. So I'm not sure how we would fit 24 people on comfortably. I had asked if we would be able to play a DVD on the screens in the bus. And was told by 2 individuals that I would be able to. So, I had a music video playlist created that we could play. Unfortunately, the DVD, which worked on my Playstation, my computer, my friend's DVD player and on the AV guy's computer would not play on the bus. One of my groomsmen was able to hookup his cellphone to the audio system in the bus, so at least we had some music. It wasn't a total loss, we had just gotten married and not everything goes according to plan. There were several other things to pay attention to on our wedding day. Our ceremony was in the city, and reception was in the suburbs. I gave them our list of stops for pictures in the city four days prior to the wedding. There were 5 stops. I knew we wouldn't be able to make it to all of them, which was OK with us, as we had them in order of importance. The priority was getting to the reception hall before the reception started at 6. The driver was aware of this, as one of my groomsman and I had told him this. If we made one picture stop and left for the reception, that was fine! When getting to the second stop on Wabash Bridge at 4:15, it was clear that would be our last stop and we would have to leave by 4:55 to make it to the reception on time, factoring in traffic. I informed our driver of this as we got off the bus. He told me there was no room to park and he would circle the block. The driver and I decided on a place where we would wait to get picked up. We got done with pictures by 4:45 and were waiting on the corner of Wacker and Wabash, where we see several other buses waiting. We see the bus drive right by us. I don't know how you miss a wedding party, even if it is a busy street. After over 20 minutes of being harassed by street performers and having panhandlers ask to shine our shoes, we finally get a hold of the driver who shows up 10 minutes later. We get to our reception a half hour late, instead of 10 minutes early like we had planned. As a result of getting there late, we were not able to greet many of our guests. Our reception venue and DJ were amazing and worked with us to adjust the timetable and make sure everything still ran smoothly. The following Monday, as we are getting to leave for our honeymoon, I received a call asking how the party bus was and that we would be charged overtime since we got to the reception late. I explained what happened to Tom. I was told that the beer and refreshments were put on the bus and the DVD player was working. I don't understand how all 16 of us couldn't find the beer and water on a bus we were crammed into, or how 3 people with engineering degrees and 2 who do video editing work can't play a DVD. I was told that because of the situation with the beer and the DVD player, we wouldn't be charged for the overtime. I don't even know what to say to that. Of all the vendors we picked, this one was definitely the worst. We were promised one thing and got nothing. What was supposed to be the most relaxing part of the day, turned out to be the most stressful. Everything may seem great up front, but I would highly recommend not going with this company because of the bait and switch tactics we experienced on our wedding day. ***7/15/16 - I was contacted by the company telling me to take down this review or they would charge me for the overtime. They were basically trying to blackmail me into taking down this review. I now get how they have only 5 star reviews on here. I probably wasn't the only one they have done this to. When I got back from work last night, I see a $250 charge to my credit card from them, one month after our wedding.

This was my first time utilizing the services of a limousine. I chose W-Limo for my wedding after several weeks of research based on reviews, ratings, pricing, and the customer service I experience. I worked with Vince on setting up the type of ride/experience that I wanted. The price I was quoted, was the price that I paid. Our driver showed up early, took care of our baggage and delivered us safely to our destination in pouring rain so strong, I don't know how he saw anything in front of him. The only small negative that comes to mind is our driver being very impatient as we were running behind. He did make an additional stop for us and was very courteous in his service. The vehicle itself was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely consider utilizing W-Limo's services in the future.

My wife and I chose W-Limo based on reviews from The Knot. Picking wedding vendors can feel like trying to drink from a fire hose, but we really lucked out with W-Limo. The reservation process went very smoothly, and it was always pretty easy to reach their office either through email or phone calls. Even when we had to do a bit of back-and-forth to iron out the exact schedule, they were always professional (even when I probably sounded strung-out). On the day of the wedding, our limo arrived on-time, and the driver was very professional. We had a crossover-style stretch limo and it fit the 9 people in the bridal party very comfortably. Our ring bearer also got a kick out of the control panel that operated the mood lighting. I highly recommend these guys.

Please do not book W Limo. We rented a 20 passenger stretch limo. Day of the wedding the driver showed up in 90 degree weather with a limo with no working AC. After our ceremony we were supposed to go to a nearby park to take photos and the limo was supposed to be waiting to take us. We got outside to find no limo waiting. Driver finally showed up 15-minutes late with a trolly. We completed an itinerary with the addresses, pick up, drop off times, etc prior so they could have all the information they needed to make the day go smoothly. However, the driver didn't have any of the information. My husband had to use his gps and stand up front to navigate the driver to the destination. Spoke with the owner after the wedding to let him know how many issues we experienced. Instead of an apology, we were told the AC not working was an act of god, lol and he argued that the driver was not late that day. I spent half of my honeymoon going back and forth with W Limo. I would highly recommend you don't book them. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

He was very responsive and patient as we asked for various quotes, booked a town car, and continued to inquire about other possibilities. On the wedding day, our driver was on-time at the church in a beautiful and clean vehicle, dressed professionally, and very accommodating as he drove us between our photography and reception venues. We loved the service and would recommend them to anyone in the future!
