Lacked in professionalism. My food had a piece of hair in it, and the manager didn't fix the situation. The shop was dirty and closed early.

Delivery order, just got it This is first at this place when my order is not done as it was ordered. I had the wicked (super wich) with extra meat (that I paid for ) and no tomatos.... pic will show what I got , Not happy at all ... sandwich is a bit sloppy made and missing stuff ... Oh and who say drink being delivered are delivered with an open straw inserted in the cup ... and cup looks like someone had some of my doing (like 2 finger milkshak missing) see pic ... Im very disappointed and I don't think I'll spend so much money on a sandwich that is not even made properly and not with all the ingredients it was paid for.... Big disappointment ... and the fact I have to trow away the milkshake doesn't make me wanna have my bussines here ever again ...

I always used to enjoy Which Wich varieties of sandwiches and there bread. However, the chain has gone done hill significantly. The prices have spiked big time and the quality has gone down. $13 for a 11.5 inch sub which doesn't seem that big as the bread is really thin and I was still hungry after. Their are so many better sandwich shops with better quality and cheaper as well. I wouldn't recommend coming to this establishment if you are wise with your money and choices.

I ordered the turkey bowlwich with pickles, tomatoes, and avocado and was amazed with how delicious it was. It was super fresh and nutritious and I will definitely be trying this place again!

They consistently get everything about my order wrong. They used half rotten lettuce when I asked for spinach. Apparently they don't know the difference. This place is a train wreck. DO NOT GO HERE

The bread that they use to serve their sandwiches are warm yet soft to the bite, which I find wonderful, especially for someone with teeth braces! The ingredients were of great quality, and for someone who chose a tuna sandwich, that is especially important. There could have been a chip or two more in my sandwich- that is something you could note if you are also someone who likes potatoe chips in their sandwich. They offer vegetarian food options too, with items like their avocado sandwich. They offer two sizes for any sandwich that they make, they offer kids meals, and they offer a 'wrapped-up tortilla-like' version of each sandwich too! Besides, you could create your own sandwich by choosing their "create-a-sandwich" menu option. Their customer service was great too. The employee at the counter attending us was nice, and helped explain their unique process of ordering at "Which Wich?" (For every sandwich that you are getting, you write down what it is on a paper bag they have, you hand it to them, pay the cashier, and they make it for you to pick up). We got our food fast, warm, and tasty. For a place at a gas station on a Saturday afternoon, it was great. Pretty clean and pleasant at their location. Not too crowded but their was good buisness. Although their isn't much seating, if one needs to, they can take their order to go.

Stopped her while on business at O'Hare Airport. It's located inside of a gas station (gross). The menu is extremely confusing. The sandwich is expensive. It didn't taste very good. I will not return.

The roast beef sandwich is to die for. This place is pretty awesome. A definite let's try and even a let's come back. Kudos!

My food was delivered late even though I ordered it an hour and half before it needed to be delivered. Person at Which Wich was not very helpful and clearly did not want to talk to me nor help me figure out where my food was because without notice our phone call ended? (did they just hang up on me?!) When it finally arrived Which Wich called me back to say they would talk to manager and call me tomorrow - thought they were trying to make it right but that never happened. Customer Service failed me and this was a horrible experience. Food arrived late and cold.

Had the "regular" sized rueben-wich. Was definitely a kids sized sandwich. Estimate about two ounces of corned beef on a 7 inch roll, with some sauerkraut and a pixe of cheese. For the price, was a lame sandwich. Went next door to McDonald's Immediately after.
