BAWARE WINDY CITY COACH LIMOUSINE, INC. Which is owned by Bilal H Khan aka BK aka Bk Limo, 1600 Oakton St Des Plaines IL 60018, He did good with some customers, but also has some complaints of not providing good service or not showing up. My issue with his company and him is that he doesn't/didn't pay his drivers right plus he owes me more than $8000, for doing his orders in 2022, and 2023. I wrote to him many times as under. I have repeatedly requested last year and this year of your long overdue amounts for the fares which I did for you in 2022 and 2023, You always make/made excuses that you're/were busy, or when you'll have time you'll check, or excuse that you didn't get the paperwork from me. 1. I went to your house personally numerous times and left with your wife all the copies of paperwork (sometimes same paperwork many times). You said never received and it's a lie. In March 2023 while doing calculation your wife Infront of me and you acknowledged receiving paperwork from me many times, and then handed over to you. 2. Sent you all paperwork in text (pic's), on your phone many times. Have texts to prove. 3. Sent you paperwork via emails many times. Sent you details of every order many times. Have emails to show. You have to remember that just like you everybody has bills, mortgage, car payment, Insurance plus etc. Nobody will work for free for thousands of dollars. Today is 10/18/2023, It's more than six months that we sat and did numbers(accounting), and till today you didn't pay me a single penny from that amount or talk/talked about paying me. I think I waited long enough and can't wait anymore, because I don't see getting paid for the trips, which I did for you. In March 2023 we sat for almost 3 hrs. and did accounting(numbers) of all you owed to me. You and I came to the same conclusion after we both did accounting together and separate 5 plus times, of all the fares I did for you and didn't get paid. Those fares were till March 2023. At that time, you said that right now you'll only do numbers till Oct 2022 rest latter. In the end you got angry when you saw the amount you owed and threw me out of your house without paying. That was March and today (11th of Nov 2023) still waiting to hear from him(you) about my money. It's not only me who he owes the money but there are other drivers also who got screwed by him. It's not only us who got ripped by him, I'll give you another example of his tricks, he had an order of more than 10 Sprinters in Wisconsin, where he promised the drivers$110/hr. to $120/hr. When latter time came to pay the drivers, he started making excuses and said $110/hr., then he changed it to $100/hr., In the end when he paid the drivers amount was $95/hr, also no money from Chicago to Kohler or form there to back. At least 3 drivers contacted me that what's going on and how much I got paid for that charter (I was there and did that charter with them, but my order was given to me by someone else not him directly), I replied to them that no we didn't get paid yet, and it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that he cheated, because he always does things like this/that to make more for himself. This tactic was not first time he used to cheat he does it most of the time and many of yous (drivers) know that. Other trick of his is he'll give you about 10 orders and then he'll pay you for last 2 orders, and when you ask him for money for first 8 orders, he'll say I paid you already, see even your last 2 orders are paid. To show or prove that he owes me I can put all details of written orders here, he can also put proof that how much he paid me, all we have to do is check how much got paid and how much left. Answer is simple but that he doesn't want to do this or anything. I waited and waited and till today still waiting, don't you think it's enough waiting. He told the guy who he owed also $12000+ four days ago that Mohammad (I) is going to file a case against me, and he (Mohammad) while complaining is going to mess-up my business and take food out of my family's mouth. Alas Alas Alas he's not looking in the mirror while saying this. Tell me brothers/sisters don't you think that by not paying for work done by others or me, he did the same thing, and took the food out of mine/their family's mouth? He's not an honest or honorable person, so be careful of him, his company, and like him. I hope he answers here in yelp community about this situation, but I'm 10000% sure he'll not, because he knows he can't tell the truth. Thx everyone for reading this truth, and nothing but truth.

This place was the best. The owner was responsive and able to help me with a limo last minute for a large group going to a concert, at the lowest rate I found. The driver was AMAZING- friendly, professional and patient. The limo was clean and stocked. I will use them again in the future, was very impressed!

I found this service on Yelp! I actually sent out a message among shuttle services to and from O'Hare airport and my hotel on Michigan Ave. I got a response right away and was given a reasonable rate, especially considering that I was being picked up at 1245am from O'hare and that it wasn't a ride share shuttle. I was texted as soon as my flight arrived and didn't have to wait. My driver put my luggage in the trunk and was at my hotel, fast asleep in no time. The same thing happened when I was picked up from my hotel and driven to the airport. Everything as easy, in dealing with this company and it's people. The driver was courteous but not chatty, which is what I like. The vehicle itself was a sedan limo and it was clean and well appointed. I don't go to Chicago often but if I want no hassle, reasonably priced service (especially if I'm arriving at a late hour); Windy City limo are the people I'm going on to trust to take care of me.

He was the the first one to respond with a quote and he was absolutely consistent when he couldn't reach me. I was overbooked with personal events and couldn't get to my to do list so he's persistent was so helpful. He arrived on time for pick up and drop off. The limo was clean and his driving was good too. Price was reasonable, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage for as other prices were so outrageous for two hours. I definitely will be using his services in the future.

I just used Windy City coach Limo for my transfer from Midway airport to Wrigley Field and Wow , this company is AMAZING ! I was honestly very skeptical because the price was so great (%40-%60 less than most others I was quoted ) . And I saw on the website that the limos looked very old. The when the limo pulled up to the airport it was beautiful 2016 and had a sign that said "happy birthday Bruce" . I had requested a bottle of Champagne be in the limo and they didn't even charge a service fee. Just the cost of the bottle. Everything went perfectly as expected. Friendly service , beautiful Limo and timely and efficient. 10/10 would use again. Thank you so much for everything !

Thank you so much for making my husband's birthday extra special.. I booked them for my husband's birthday party, which my husband had no clue about. I was very reluctant to do that before but i'm glad i did it... The limo was clean, the chauffeur was very professional. They came on time and even put happy birthday sign on the limo and few balloons inside it.. we were super loud and requested him to put some desi music which he had no problem with and offered us that we could connect our phones if we want.. Husband loved the surprise and was super happy..Thank you again, will definitely use ur service again
